Research On Business Transformation Of IT Integration Company In Cloud Computing

As everyone knows, IT is a rapidly changing industry. Chinese IT system integrators have made important contributions to the Chinese information development of twenty years. On the contrary Chinese IT system integrators have not obtained the corresponding profits because of their situation in the industry chain. With the coming of business model revolution cause by cloud computing, Chinese SI will face a new transformation.In the context of cloud computing, combined with the author’s15years of work experience and understanding of information industry, on the basis of the large data base reading by the author, this paper described the reason of business transformation and core-competitiveness of the company providing cloud computing services. Furthermore, this paper has researched the relationship between the old business and the new business. Finally, combined with the making of strategy and the analysis of China SI market by using SWOT method,the research conclude the requirement and the strategy from ordinary SI to the cloud computing service provider.
