Research On The Strategy Risk Identification And Early-warning Model Of Foreign Investment Enterprises Based On Complex Network

Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy, China has been actively encouraging the enterprises that meet the requirement of the’going out policy’to invest in foreign countries in different ways And the aim is definite, which hopes the Chinese enterprises could acquire the resource, technology and administrative experience from a higher level and broader angle perspective, and then improves the economic restructuring, transfer and upgrade, and economic development. However, enterprises in china have suffered great loses and gained profound lesson from this kind of investment. This may largely due to underestimate the strategic risks or make the incorrect decisions from large and medium enterprises.Inthe context of economy and information globalization, In China’s enterprises which engage in foreign investment face to a complicated oversea market, may neglected the strategic risk with the dynamic change of politics, law, management and cultural differences, and may underestimate themselves. and pay more attention to the price of transaction and other specific factors, which lead to investment failure, cause huge losses. In developing strategy, enterprises ignores the dynamic changes of the environment, not realize investment macro environment and micro environment factors, and not take timely measures to modify established enterprise strategy, and lack of a dynamic strategy.This study focus on the failure cases of Chinese companies engaged in foreign investment. This study firstly takes strategic analysis for the companies in foreign investment, and then we provide the method of how to seek Enterprise strategic risk of environmental factors through environmental scanning and previous research results. Under the background of economic globalization and development of information technology, research of strategic risk should emphasis more on dynamic and dynamic changeability of environmental factors. According to the uncertainty of the macro environment, this paper introduce complex network to analysis factors related to strategic risk in foreign investment. Moreover, this research also constructs the method in dynamic spot risk and early warning. Based on American subprime mortgage crisis, the model of foreign investment companies macro environmental risk factor identification explains the phenomena of subprime crisis and find macro environmental risk factors. According to this model, we can also find the effect of each factor on making risk. On the basis of establishing a complex network of, by means of dynamic analysis on the network, this research presents the theorem of network risk threshold, and establishes the macro environment strategic risk factors early warning model, which is contribute to the improvement of the strategic management theory system. Finally, this research does the empirical study according to the case of Huawei Company engaged in US, and the empirical result also reflects the accuracy of the model.
