The status of vegetables has been more and more important in urban life.Acceleration of urbanization makes the population constantly concentrate to the city, and translate the spatial distribution of vegetable demand from scattered requirements into a mass concentration, and vegetable consumption presents of continuity, regular and the scale of urban consumption, thus forming the imbalance of vegetables production and consumption in the aspects of time, space and structure. This prompts the adjustment of vegetables production and circulation structure and develops by the direction Jo meet the needs of urban concentration, in order to meet the vegetable needs of urban residents. In fact, the position and function of vegetables circulation as the connection between vegetable production and consumption:; and producers and consumers is unspoken, has long been ignored by people just before and even in the early beginning of reform and opening up, not to mention the efficiency. However, restricted by its own uniqueness and complexity, the theoretical research and empirical research of vegetable circulation are still in the early stage, the quality and quantity of the related research is obviously insufficient, studies that area aimed at systematically explore the vegetables circulation efficiency are more rare. Therefore, it has extremely realistic and theoretical significance to have in-depth and systematic research of problem of vegetable circulation efficiency. It is based on this, this study combined theory study and empirical analysis, comprehensively studied the Beijing suburbs vegetable circulation efficiency.Guided by the scientific outlook on development, this study use the scientific method to guide the research, using industry economics, market economics, logistics, economics and other related theory, the qualitative and quantitative analysis. On this basis, this study combined with the reality of Beijing, studied Fangshan, Mentougou, Huairou, Yanqing, Daxing, Changping and Shunyi, Tongzhou, Miyun, Pinggu these10Beijing suburbs vegetable production areas, adopted experience analysis and empirical analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, reality analysis and long-term analysis research methods of comprehensive study. Main research contents includes:First, through the tease of related theory and the circulation evolution process, clear the connotation of efficiency of vegetable circulation, influence factors and the choice of evaluation methods; Second, through the empirical analysis of current situation and efficiency of vegetable circulation in Beijing suburb, obtained the deficiency existing in the Beijing suburbs vegetable circulation efficiency, and carries on the thorough analysis; Third, build the Beijing suburbs vegetable circulation efficiency model, through analysis of the quantitative evaluation work efficiency model, get the Beijing suburbs vegetable circulation efficiency of each evaluation factor, the degree of the influence of size, and contrast evaluation factor to the sort of situation, tease out influence the circulation efficiency of four decisive evaluation factors, and make an empirical analysis of the attrition rate of evaluation factors; Fourth, through the international comparative analysis of the development of the vegetable circulation system, grasp the existing problems in the Beijing suburbs vegetable circulation system, improve the efficiency of disorder, and the international experience of Beijing suburbs areas.Through the study of the above content analysis, some main conclusions and innovations are obtained.
