Since China’s accession to the WTO in2001, China’s enterprises have been not only competing with domestic enterprises, but also competing with foreign enterprises. In the fiercely competitive environment, organizational innovation is an important way to coping with environment for survival and development. Organization innovation includes management innovation and technological innovation. There are many factors influencing organization innovation, such as company strategy, organizational structure, organizational climate, extrernal enviornment and so on, but there is no doubt that entrepreneurship is very important for improving technology innovation, management innovation and promoting the development of economy. Since Joseph Alois Schumpeter proposed the concept of entrepreneurship and organizational innovation, there have been many researchers exploring the role of entrepreneurship in economic development, some researchers using macro perspective, some using micro perspective to study. In this field, our contry has gotten some achievement. Some researchers provided tha the entrepreneurship core is continuous innovating and imitating, risk taker, the micro factor of long ecomonic growth, and the strategy decision of company development. However, how entrepreneurship influences organizational performance is still in the exploratory stage, especially for empirical reseaches very few. Thus, this study tries to explore the effect of entrepreneurship on organizational innovation from the view point of organizational structure and environmental turbulence and organizational climate. This study will answer following questions:(1) in the current stage of ecomonic development, how does entrepreneurship influence organizational innovative climate, management innovation and technology innovation?(2) whether is organizational innovative climate making mediating role between entrepreneurship and organizational innovation or not?(3) whether is environmental turbulence making moderating role between entrepreneurship and organizational innovation or not?(4) whether is organization structure making moderating role between entrepreneurship and organizational innovation or not?Based on literature review, some relevant research hypothesis were proposed and validated by empirical study. That is whether entrepreneurship has effect on organizational innovation and mechanism from different type and size of organizations? There were128enterprises selected from Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou and so on, and102valid organization samples including256valid questionnaires were made certain. The statistics tool AMOS7.0and SPSS16.0were used to examine the hypotheses by analysis of exploratory factor, analysis of confirmatory factor, analysis of variances, analysis of correlation, hierarch regression model and structure equation model. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurship has significant positive effect on organizational climate for innovation, administrative innovation and technical innovation.(2)Organizational climate for innovation has significant positive effect on administrative innovation and technical innovation.(3)Organizational climate for innovation provide full media for the effect of entrepreneurship on administrative innovation and technical innovation.(4)Environmental turbulence moderates the relationship between entrepreneurship and technical innovation.(5)Complication of organizational structure moderates the relationship between entrepreneurship and administrative innovation.(6) Centralization and complication of organizational structure moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship and technical innovation.Finally, the conclusions were summarized and relevant management ways were proposed. Some advices were given for future research to avoid the limitation. And some suggestions were given to improve the level of organizational innovation.
