A Theoretical And Empirical Research On Performance Evaluation Of Regional Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization

With the development strategy of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization coming up, some domestic scholars begin to research Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Evaluation on Integration of Informatization and Industrialization can describe integration's level objectively and supervise the integration's process. Therefore, in order to propel and monitor the process of Chinese Integration of Informatization and Industrialization scientifically, it is an objective requirement to establish a set of scientific evaluation model and index system.At present, there are many theories on evaluation of Informatization or Industrialization which have been accepted widely by scholars. Right now the evaluation theory on Integration of Informatization and Industrialization has developed, but it does not form a unified system and the scope of this evaluation theory is still debatable. Based on reviewing the evaluation about Informatization and Industrialization as well as Integration of Informatization and Industrialization, this paper points out their respective strengths and limitations. This paper considers regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization as a process. In order to gauge performance of the whole process, this paper build a theoretical performance evaluation frame and index system as well as variables' relation models on the regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization according to the structure of input-output-effect. Then use the Factor Analysis and SEM to analyze the regional performance of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in china. Main research contents as follows.1. Build an evaluation theory system on performance of regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Right now there is lack of systematic research on performance evaluation of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Because of this, this paper tries to construct a theoretical performance evaluation system on regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization based on the structure of input-output-effect. This system includes design principle and idea as well as index system.2. Design practical performance evaluation index system of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Based on the theoretical index system, use the Factor Analysis to select optimalzing indexes and set up a practical performance evaluation index system.3. Try to use SEM to evaluate performance of regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization. Based on practical evaluation indexes, construct hypothetical factorial relation models. Then fit models by using SEM to prove correctness of the hypothetical models. Determine indexes'weights by using path coefficients from the fitting models and analyze performance of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization.Based on the relevant evaluation theories, this paper builds an performance evaluation index system of regional Integration of Informatization and Industrialization and analyze the performance of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization synthetically. The evaluation index system is scientific and operability.
