The structure of supply and demand have changed under the global economy rebalance and adjustment of industrial distribution. In order to adjust industrial structure escalate national economy and make our country modernized, deepen the reform of the economic system of market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources in china with the rapid urbanization. Based on the fairness and efficiency to analysis the regional coordination under the informationization,industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.It is very important to analysis the influence of transportation infrastructure which have become to the accelerator from the bottleneck.The freeway and high-speed railway is in the head of the world.This paper analysis the transportation infrastructure how to adjust the spatial structure in order to reach regional coordination based on NEG.The theory analysis show that:(1) The industry will transfer to the backward region if improve backward region transportation infrastructure. The industry will transfer to the developed region when improve developed region transportation infrastructure.The industry will transfer to the developed region when improve regional transportation infrastructure under the developed region have an advantage in capital and transportation infrastructure.The result of industry transfer will not determined if the developed region have an advantage in capital and the backward region have an advantage in transportation infrastructure.(2)The GDP will increase in backward region when improve backward region transportation infrastructure. The marginal of direct output will increase and the marginal of indirect output will decrease. The GDP will decrease in developed region. The gross output will increase if only the backward region transportation infrastructure over the threshold when improve backward region transportation infrastructure. The threshold will become bigger when the gap of transportation infrastructure between backward region and developed region. The probability of decrease in gross output will increase. The GDP will decrease in backward region and increase in developed region when improve regional transportation infrastructure. The gap of GDP will widen between developed region and backward region when the developed region have an advantage in capital and transportation infrastructure. The gap of GDP will narrowed between developed region and backward region when the developed region have an advantage of capital and the backward region have an advantage of transportation infrastructure. The GDP will increase when the price of public service reduce.The empirical analysis show that:(1)The connection of Yangtze River Delta has significantly been improved by the High-Speed Rail. The High-Speed Rail(2010) improve the leadership of Shanghai in the Yangtze River Delta. Shanghai has been lost the node function because of the direct connection between Jiangsu and Zhengjiang by the High-Speed Rail(2013).The decreasing of HHI, the increasing of functional polycentricity index, the center of gravity transfer in Suzhou offset11kilometer in the northwest all show that the Yangtze River Delta which has disparity with the Rhine-Ruhr region is in the process of Single-function center to Multifunction Center. The decreasing of CI indicates that the high-speed railway has increasing marginal utility,the construction of new high-speed rail at this stage than improving the existing traffic frequency can be more effective in promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.(2)The industry of labor-intensive, technology-intensive and capital-intensive is more dense in the east area than west area,but the gap is narrowed in recent years.The index of Moran’s I is positive show that the industry is positive correlation in space. The freeway increase the aggregation of industry. The coefficient of correlation is biggest with labor-intensive industry, the bigger one is technology-intensive industry, the least is capital-intensive industry.(3) The TFP is bigger in the east area than the west area.The OLS will lower the impact of transportation infrastructure than spatial panel data model. The transportation infrastructures total effect and direct effect is biggest in the middle area, the west area is bigger and the east area is least. The transportation infrastructures indirect effect is biggest in the west area, the middle area is bigger and the east area is least.(4) The transportation infrastructure can promote economic growth by the multiplier effect,crowding-out effect, market structure effects,labor pooling effect,innovation spillover effect,agglomeration effect and spatial spillover effect. The OLS will overestimate the impact of transportation infrastructure than spatial panel data model. The total effect is biggest in the west area with road and railway. The total effect of road is least in the middle area and railway is in the east area. The railway direct effect is bigger than road.The road coefficient is biggest in the east area, the west area is bigger and the middle area is least. The railway coefficient is biggest in middle area, the west area is bigger and the east area is least. The spatial spillover effect is biggest in the west area, the east area is bigger and the middle area is least.We give the suggestion that how to realize regional coordination and the future research directions based on above conclusions.
