China ison the period of rapid development in high-speed railway’s construction. Fast high-speed railway construction not only consume relevant industry’s capacity, but also strengthen industrial linkages, it’s economic background breakthrough and an important opportunity of the national strategy "along the way". So it’s significant to research relationshipbetween the relevant industry and high-speed railway.The paper analyzed the factors of the high-speed railway on the chain of upstream and downstream industry, then related industries ripple effect theoryare used to explain the impact of industrial agglomeration and diffusion effect, and the difference between industrialbenefits of agglomeration and diffusion been analyzed and summarized.In industry association theory, the study analyzed the combined effect with input-output method. Calculating benefits of Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway construction in Shaanxi and Henan Province,the results showed that:the Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway’s construction created economic benefits for the 26,917,200,000 yuan, of which Shaanxi were 6.5811 billion yuan and Henan province were 20.3361 billion yuan, indicating high-speed railway’s construction significantly boost the development of related industries, reflecting a significant agglomeration effect; and in accordance with the type of 42 sectors analyzed primary, secondary and tertiary industry agglomeration effect in Shaanxi Province and Henan Province, agglomeration effect mainly in the high-speed railway has greatly promoted the development of secondary industry in the construction, manufacturing and other industries, high-speed railway’s construction can obviously upgrading regional industrial structure.In industry spread theory, the use of the Shift-share spatial structure model for analysing the agglomeration effect. In passenger traffic urban transmitted per unit time as a starting point, per capita creation of tertiary industry output value as the base to calculate spatial weights matrix by calculating after the Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed rail before the opening (2006-2009) and opening (2010-2013) weight matrix change two periods reveals the variation of diffusion in different cities of the tertiary industry in (2010-2013): Zhengzhou-Xi’an high-speed railway’s operation has greatly improved the major cities along (including Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Weinan and Xi’an) the transportation, storage and postal services, increased value of real estate, agglomeration effects turns out to be obvious.
