With the advent of Knowledge Economy, knowledge element is becoming the main engine driving business growth. More and more enterprises have already put knowledge-based activities into practice, namely Enterprise Knowledge Management. With the development of Enterprise Knowledge Management, it is showing a collaborative trend. A growing number of researchers and practitioners are interested in combining knowledge management theory and collaborative ideas and methods. Therefore, a new field of study in knowledge management occurs, namely Enterprise Collaborative Knowledge Management (ECKM), which is the innovation of Enterprise Knowledge Management, and also characterized with "technology-society". But until now, this characteristic has not been fully emphasized in existing researches and their results. So it is really necessary to research and develop ECKM from the Dual Perspecitve of Technology-Society (ECKM-FROM-DPTS), for the purpose of achieving collaborative effect of enterprise knowledge resources. This is the key issue that needs to be resolved by researchers and practitioners.This dissertation analyzes and explores ECKM from the Dual Perspective of Technology-Society. Firstly, it outlines ECKM, and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of ECKM-FROM-DPTS. The necessity-Enterprise Knowledge Management has the demand for both collaborative software and collaborative environment. The feasibility-Systems Science and Systems Engineering Methodology can provide theoretical basis and theoretical guidance.Secondly, the dissertation discusses the choice of starting point of ECKM-FROM-DPTS, and defines collaborative technology as the starting point from technical perspective, and knowledge collaboration community as the starting point from social perspective.Lastly, the dissertation respectively discusses the application of collaborative technology and knowledge collaboration community in ECKM. For the former, it illustrates the importance of workflow management technology and multi-agent technology in collaborative technology system, and then focuses on both process modeling and multi-agent modeling in ECKM. For the latter, it examines research method of Social Network Analysis used by knowledge collaboration community, then empirically discusses the possible effect of community social network formed in community remembers’collaborative problem-solving on community knowledge creation, and eventually measures the intermediary function of collaborative climate between community social network and community knowledge creation.There are13graphics and29tables in this dissertation.
