Research On Technological Knowledge Flow In The Process Of Enterprises Technological Innovation

The technological knowledge flow in the process of enterprises technological innovation,is the process of generation and acquisition/sharing and communication/acceptance and application of technological knowledge.This thesis investigates the technological knowledge flow from philosophical standpoint,which is helpful for seeking the epistemological basis for the practice of enterprises technological innovation,which is helpful for broadening the research area of technical epistemological experience shift.The technological knowledge flow and its mobility in the process of enterprises technological innovation,are logical starting points/This thesis dwells on possibility of technological knowledge flow in the process of enterprises technological innovation. The potential difference of technological knowledge is the prerequisite of the technological knowledge flow,the technological innovation practice is the active reason,the technological innovation intention is the direction.Based on this, this thesis, dwells on the generation and acquisition,sharing and communication,acceptance and application of technological knowledge from the theory of process.In the process of enterprises technological innovation, technological knowledge can be internally generated by nature and obtained externally. The sharing and communication of technological knowledge,mainly carried out throughout formal networks of innovation and informal networks of innovation. The acceptance and application of technological knowledge is affected by compatibility, subjective standards, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention of behavior,which is a psychological behavior. The employees,the product of innovation and the process of innovation are the carriers of the technological knowledge flow, which include two kinds of flow patterns of linear and nonlinear.The reserve of technological knowledge is increasing,the structure is improving in the process of flow.It has the obstacles of the senders and the recipients and the environment channel in the process of technological knowledge flow.It shoud stimulate the senders,enhance the absorptive capacity and ability of forgeting,construct flexible organizational structure and nurture innovation culture. These measures help to promote the process of technological knowledge flows,which can enhance independent innovation capability of enterprises.
