Research On The Impact Of Knowledge Management On Enterprise Technological Innovation

The era of knowledge economy provides enterprises with new opportunities and challenges,and promotes the rapid development of knowledge management.Scholars' understanding of knowledge management has been continuously deepened and refined.Knowledge management is an enterprise's active response to the complex environmental changes of the outside world.It's prominent feature is the continuous interaction between internal and external knowledge of an organization.Technological innovation is considered to be an important way for enterprises to obtain their competitive.Scholars have done many researches on how to promote technological innovation,and the influence of knowledge knowledge management on technological innovation has opened up a new path for scholars in the field of management.From perspective of knowledge management process,this paper divide knowledge management process into five links:knowledge acquisition,storage,application,sharing and innovation,combined with enterprise culture,information technology.At the same time,the company's technological innovation is measured from the two aspects of the company's operating conditions and financial status.On the basis of reading large amount of literature,this paper combs and constructs the mechanism model of the impact of knowledge management on enterprise technology innovation.The surveys of knowledge management and technological innovation of the company was conducted through questionnaires.A total of 362 valid questionnaires were collected.The article studies structural equations between knowledge management and enterprise technology innovation to study the impact of knowledge management on technological innovation.Research shows that knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge sharing,knowledge application and knowledge innovation have a positive effect on the operational performance and financial performance of the company.Information technology and corporate culture influence the operational performance and financial performance of an enterprise by affecting the process of knowledge management.
