Textile industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economy, it’s play an important role on solve the employment, increase income&promote the development of enterprises plays.Support by the rich raw materials, cheap labor, government policy, advanced technology&these years of production equipment that greatly improve the international competitiveness of textile, A serious threat to the Chinese. After the quotas in2005, compared with other makor competitors, China’s competitiveness is strong or weak.What are the factors directly or indirectly affect China’s textile&apparel production, how big is the influence?Under the background of multilateral free trade agreementsor bilateral free trade agreement, Will impact on the Chinese textile&clothing industry? If China textile is damaged, how should we respond?Based on the above issues, this paper selects China textile&clothing as the main object of study, research on the following four aspects:According to analysis the present situation of China, India, Turkey and Mexico’s exports of textile,We get the following conclusion:First of all, China’s has the strongest competitiveness on export of textile industry, export scale is far greater than the other three country,the proportion of textile industry export in China’s export trade is unchanged.Secondly, China’s textile industry has a high degree of dependence on foreign trade,Textile’s ability to resist risks to be lower than that of the other countries.China’s export market mainly concentrated in the United States and the European Unionand India export market, with greater dependence; China and India have a large overlap of export market; Third, the structure of Chinese textile export industry is not changed,Exports increased significantly compared with2005.The structure of india’s textile industry change greatly,and cotton become the largest commodity in India’s textile industry export.Using the method of CMS to research China India Turkey and Mexico’s textile export competitiveness.Through the comparison, we can get the following conclusion:Firstly, China’s textile industry compared with other countries, the role of the marketeffect and the effect on the export competitiveness of Chinese goods to improve thetextile industry is far greater than the other three; The results of the study show that:the international competitiveness of textile Chinese than India, Turkey and Mexico, still has a very distinct advantage. India、Turkey、Mexico’s textile export environment are better than China, Only India’s special competition effect is positive, it showed that the textile export structure of India is conducive to export growth,China should learn&study on India’s successful initiatives. Dynamic effect of Turkey&Mexico were all positive,indicated that the rapid growth in dem&for imports both market share growth; China is slower growth in import dem&&rapid market share.Using the Econometrics model to analyze the exchange rate elasticity of textiles. Analysis results show that the increase of the appreciation of the RMB will lead thetextile processing trade&general trade export trade, led all the import trade in addition to the processing trade imports increased; China’s General trade&Impovenment trade are the Grainger reason of real effective exchange rate of RMB,&the very significant.The impact of RMB real effective exchange rate on China’s import&export trade is not very significant, Although the general currency appreciation would reduce the export, but the appreciation of the renminbi in China’s exports is only a lot more, it explains the impact of RMB appreciation on China’s import&export trade is not great.Simulated seven different policies on the export competitiveness of China’s textile industry by the model of GTAP.We get the following conclusion: Firstly,establishedFTA between China and India on the background of TPP,RCEP or TPP&RCEP, Not only can the promotion of China’s export to India textile industry’scompetitiveness,but also can stimulate the export of China to the word;Second,if the two country was not established FTA, China’s textile exports to other countries increased significantly in the free trade region,, but will weaken China’s exports of textile industry competitiveness to India’s.Third,India’s textile export has increased significantly when China signed FTA to India in the context of TPP.The signing of TPP to enhance the export competitiveness of India textile industry.
