However, with the rapid development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, China’s rural household differentiation process is accelerated, a large number of rural labor migration, farmers and industry seriously,the emergence of rural production of aging and hollow problems, resulting in the low efficiency of agricultural production, this and our country agriculture modernization development request contradictory; plus in recent years our extreme climate weather, agricultural market risk and natural risk was deteriorating, but the subject of agricultural management in our country is still in operation is small, self-sufficient half self-sufficient family business, the business model is difficult to resist the market risk and natural risk, therefore, must be the innovation of agricultural management main body, cultivate some has a certain scale, specialization, organization and socialization of the new agricultural management main body, accelerate new agricultural management subject cultivation, thus changing the current mode of agricultural production, improve the efficiency of agricultural production.In view of the above reasons, the structure arrangement of this paper based on the sequence of the Agricultural Management Subject Cultivation.
