The innovation of agricultural organization has always been a realistic project faced by the development of agricultural modernization in china.How to improve the current rural labor loss,"no farming" problem? How to accelerate the appropriate scale of agricultural operation? How to deal with the impact of the external market? The series of problems could seek the answer from the innovation of agricultural organization form.Most of the existing researches are carried out from the aspects of farmers' income,agricultural modernization,agricultural industrialization,agricultural industrial clusters and new urbanization,these studies have analyzed the role of agricultural organization as a ready-made unit,and not to analyze its formation and evolution process as the black box.Therefore,taking the Yanling flowers industrial cluster and Lankao agricultural products processing industrial cluster as example,through the on-the-spot investigation and interview on two different agricultural industrial clusters,dissect the evolution process of the innovation of agricultural organization,the innovation process and evolution mechanism of agricultural organization.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis,it is found that the innovation process of the two clusters of agricultural organizations has in common and different points.The common ground: It has gone through the development process from the stage of traditional farmers,scale operation and organizational innovation.The two clusters have the development process of innovation,diffusion and derivation;Entrepreneurship is the internal motivation of agricultural organization innovation;Contract relationship is an important factor affecting the innovation of agricultural organization.Difference:?1 The industrial base of agricultural organization development is different.Yanling flowers industrial had formed a mature agricultural industry cluster,and Lankao industrial cluster is in the stage of birth.?2 Different forms of agricultural organization Yanling County's agricultural management organizations including grower,quasi enterprises,agricultural enterprises,family farms and cooperatives are few;and Lankao County is a diversified organization,including planting large,family farms,cooperatives,agricultural enterprises are few.?3 Different roles of government..The government of Yanling plays an important role in promoting the development of flowers and trees industry.The government of Lankao plays the role of nurturing,hatching,helping to the new agricultural organizations to.?4 The development degree of cluster network is different.Network size and network density of Yanling flowers industrial cluster is bigger than Lankao agro-processing industry cluster,There is a strong connection between the nodes of the industrial cluster in Yanling,and the circulation speed of agricultural technology and information is fast,which reduces the cost of agricultural organization innovation.?5 The affect of proximity is different.The agricultural organizations of Yanling flowers industrial clusters show obvious geographical agglomeration.In the early stage of agricultural organization evolution and the derivative period,the social relations are very prominent.In the process of agricultural organization evolution of agricultural product processing industry cluster,the social proximity effect is larger than that of geographical proximity.(2)In the aspect of the evolution mechanism of agricultural organization,entrepreneurship is the source of agricultural organization innovation.The farmers with entrepreneurial spirit are the first group to perceive the external environment changes to achieve the agricultural organization innovation according to their own conditions,external environment,geographical conditions and other factors to break the traditional mode of production and management.In the stage of entrepreneurial farmers,entrepreneurship is the initial factor of the early development of agricultural organization.In the stage of appropriate scale of agricultural operation,the enhancement of endogenous ability is an important driving force for the development of agricultural organizations.In the stage of agricultural organization innovation,the status of the network has become the leading factor of agricultural organization innovation.(3)The factors that affect the innovation of agricultural organization can be divided into four categories: endogenous ability,external network,market factors and government factors.There is a significant positive correlation between the endogenous capacity of agricultural organizations and the probability of agricultural organization innovation,including the educational background of the core organizers,the perception of the industry,the introduction of new technology and the improvement of the technology.Each of the quality of agricultural organizations to increase a grade,the probability of agricultural organization innovation would increase 0.964 units.At the level of cooperation network,the relationship between university and college,the cooperation with the others,and the network centrality of the agricultural organization are positive correlation to the innovation of agricultural organization.Each of these factors increase a grade,the probability of agricultural organization innovation would increase by 0.401,0.321 and 0.204 units.In the aspect of market function,there is a positive correlation between the trade market and the innovation of agricultural organization.With each of the trading market increases a grade,the probability of agricultural organization innovation would increase 0.077 units.In the function of government,government policy has a positive correlation with the innovation of agricultural organization,and the probability of agricultural organization innovation would increase by 0.144 units per unit.
