Formation Process And Evolution Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster Inovation System In Agricultural Areas

As a new network organization between market and hierarchy,industrial cluster has become an important form of industrial spatial organization in the development of modern economy,and its income is far greater than the simple sum of the benefit of a single enterprise.The formation of industrial cluster innovation system is the key core of its competitive advantage.The formation and evolution of cluster innovation system reflect the process of industrial cluster from formation,development to maturity.Under the background of modern rural revitalization strategy,the formation of industrial clusters in agricultural areas has played a great role in the economic and social development of rural areas.However,the lack of cluster innovation system in many rural areas hinders the sustainable development of cluster.How to form the innovation system of the industrial cluster in the agricultural area under the background of the integration and development of the first,second and third industries in the agricultural area? What is its evolutionary mechanism? The solution of these problems will be of great significance to the formation and sustainable development of industrial clusters in agricultural areas of developing countries.On the basis of reviewing the literature of industrial cluster and innovation system,based on the field investigation and case analysis,this paper bases on the theory of industrial cluster,innovation system,business subject transformation and network.The theoretical analysis framework of the formation and evolution of industrial cluster innovation system is constructed from three aspects of innovation network and innovation environment.Taking Lankao's national musical instrument industry cluster with the characteristics of typical industry convergence,the paper takes ArcGIS and Ucinet6 software as an example.This paper probes into the stage characteristics of the evolution of the innovation system of the industrial cluster in the agricultural area,and analyzes in detail the three-stage evolution process of the innovation system of the industrial cluster of national musical instruments in Lankao County from the three dimensions of the innovation subject,the innovation network and the innovation environment.Starting with the generation and flow of innovative knowledge,this paper excavates the internal mechanism of innovation system evolution of industrial clusters,and probes into how the three dimensions of innovation subject,innovation network and innovation environment co-evolve to realize organizational innovation and technological innovation.Product innovation,market innovation,institutional innovation and cultural innovation and other innovative objectives.Draw the following conclusions:First,the formation and evolution of industrial cluster innovation system includes three dimensions: the formation of innovation subject,the evolution of innovation network and the change of innovation environment,the stage of imitation innovation,the stage of independent innovation and the stage of innovation of government industry,university and research.The main body of innovation promotes the flow of knowledge and the adoption of knowledge through the introduction of innovation or independent innovation from the outside,and through the dissemination of innovation networks,thereby realizing organizational innovation,technological innovation,product innovation and market innovation.System innovation and cultural innovation and other innovative objectives.Second,the evolution of the innovation system of Lankao's national musical instrument industry cluster is constantly evolving and upgrading along the innovation imitation stage,the independent innovation stage,the official industry,college and research innovation stage and the global-local innovation stage(prospect).Among them,the evolution of innovation subject along the main line of farmers,family workshops or small enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises,leading enterprises,in which the government,universities and scientific research institutions will also participate in the evolution of innovation subject;The number of nodes in the innovation network is increasing and the scale of the innovation network is expanding.The overall density of the innovation network decreases first and then increases,while the average of the degree of centrality in the innovation network increases gradually,which indicates that the relationship between the innovation agents is gradually strengthened,the innovation network is closer,and the innovation environment is changing.From the incubating environment inside the enterprise to the innovation environment outside the enterprise,and then to attracting the government's attention,starting the construction of the hard environment,finally,the government,the enterprise and the peasant household begin to pay attention to the construction of the regional soft environment.According to the evolution process of innovation system of industrial cluster,Lankao County ethnic musical instrument industrial cluster has developed into a more mature industrial cluster.Third,the three dimensions of innovation subject,innovation network and innovation environment have the characteristics of co-evolution.The ability of the innovation subject,the complexity of technology,the government push and the market pull are the internal mechanisms that influence the formation and evolution of industrial cluster innovation system.
