Because the ethnic areas in China locate in the frontier of the motherland, its economy is of less development in comparison with the other areas. The backwardness of the economy and society makes most superior rural labor immigrate into the developed cities, resulting in an abnormal phenomena of vacant village, young and old village, and women’s and children’s village. It has become a hot issue worldwide that how to improve the backward economic development of the ethnic areas and ensure the residents there share the achievement of economic growth. Inclusive growth is not merely an issue of sharing the achievement of economic growth but an issue of possessing ability and opportunity to participate economic construction and sharing the benefits of economic growth for all the people. So how to improve the capabilities of self-development for the villages, increase their employment opportunity and incomes in the areas? According to the present economic and social situation, the traditional poverty alleviation only offers the poor people material assistance instead of focusing on the abilities of developing resources and hunting jobs. Obviously, it cannot achieve the inclusive growth of rural economy fundamentally other than solving the temporary difficulty. Therefore, only by exploring an enriching model which can promote the rural residents’ability can the resource superiority be developed and the product brand characteristic be formed, and finally the sustainable development of mutual development and improvement between cities and rural areas be achieved. Based on the mentioned background, the inclusive growth in the ethnic rural areas in Guangxi was studied from the view of inclusive growth. The main points are as following:1. On the basis of building evaluation index system, the current situation of inclusive growth of county economy in ethnic areas in Guangxi was investigated by engaging the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method. The thesis breaks through the limitation of traditional simple data description in evaluating the economy development in the ethnic areas. By drawing from the worldwide evaluation index system of inclusive growth, in combination with inclusive growth theory, the evaluation index system of peasants’ sharing the economy development in ethnic areas in Guangxi was built from the two aspects of participating economy development and sharing the economy achievement. By applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, the sharing degree of participating economy development was studied, and the reasons that caused such actuality were further analyzed. Results reveals that the county economy growth is not shared sufficiently in the areas. And it is the lack of investment in human capital that exerts influences on sharing economy growth, which constrains the peasants’abilities to participate economic development and the competitiveness of rural superior resources hence limits the economic growth quality.2. The endogenous dynamic of county economy growth in the ethnic areas in China was empirically analyzed by using panel data and economic models.According to the situation of peasants’sharing economic development in the ethnic areas, the effects of investment in human capital and technical progress on the rural economy development was studied using the panel data ranging from 2001 to 2011 of 12 ethnic minority counties. It is evident that educational investment and medical care investment exert more remarkable influences than traditional capital on increasing peasants income. The effect of government investment and family investment differs greatly——government investment exerts greater influence upon peasants’income increasing than family investment; however, as for medical care investment, an opposite condition appeared although the medical care investment would decrease the income. Moreover, adjustment of industrial structure would facilitate the income increasing for peasant family——the secondary industry plays the greatest role, the tertiary industry exerts less influence, while the primary industry plays a relatively weak role. On the other hand, the income increasing of peasant family would in turn promote the adjustment of industrial structure, especially the primary industry. Hence human capital and technical progress would be the endogenous dynamic for the economy development in the areas.3. The driving mechanism of the inclusive growth promoted by rural entrepreneurship in the ethnic areas is analyzed. In the 4th chapter, the effects of periodic fluctuation of entrepreneurship on the rural inclusive growth was analyzed firstly. It is demonstrated that the periodic fluctuation of entrepreneurship can facilite the rural industrial dusting and professionalization, which pomotes the division of labor and the productivity, promotes the production relation, hence the reform and innovation of the rural economy can be achieved. Secondly, starting with the four elements of inclusive growth, four driving mechanisms that entrepreneurship promote economic growth, human resource development, frames employment, and famers’ incomes are evaluated. It reveals that rural entrepreneurship can not only benefit the rural economy but also improve the rural industrial restructuring and increase peasants’ incomes. Moreover, it offers a sustainable power for the peasants to participate and share the economic development.4. Successful experiences that rural entrepreneurship promotes the inclusive growth of county economy in the ethnic areas were presented.By taking Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County as a case, successful experiences that rural entrepreneurship promotes the inclusive growth of county economy in the ethnic areas, viz. Gongcheng Pattern, were analyzed. Firstly, the historical trajectories of economic inclusive growth was studied. It is demonstrated that the rural entrepreneurial talents play a central role during the formation of Gongcheng Pattern. Secondly, the effects of rural entrepreneurship on the promoting county economic inclusive growth was analyzed. It shows that rural entrepreneurship can accelerate the economic development, reduce the urban-rural gap, and improve the rural industrial restructuring and reasonable migration of rural labor. Finally, the actual effects that three models of export-oriented rural entrepreneurship, the imported entrepreneurship, and the local talent entrepreneurship promote the rural economic inclusive growth was detailed via case studies.5. The thoughts and proposals on the rural economic inclusive growth in the ethnic areas in Guangxi were presented.Given the above discussion, the thoughts and proposals on the rural economic inclusive growth in the ethnic areas in Guangxi were suggested.
