Study On The Expansion Of Rural Consumption Based On The Overall Planning Of Urban And Rural Distribution System

More than 30 years of reform and opening-up,rural residents’living standard has improved significantly in China. But There are still many problems to solve, such as low level of rural residents’ consumption,insufficient consumer demand, and there is still a big gap between urban residents and rural residents in consumption level. At present, the improvement of rural residents’ consumption is the key to expand domestic demand in China. The construction of rural circulation system will be one of the five key areas to expand consumption. The perfecting of the rural commodity circulation system is the important way for increasing farmers’ income and expanding rural consumption, and is the inevitable requirement of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas as a whole. But for a long time, on the relationship of rural circulation system and urban transportation system, the concept of that the city is more important than the countryside has been deeply rooted. This directly led to the incomplete rural circulation system and restricted the rural consumption level enhancement. So The research on the balance of urban and rural circulation system to promote the rationalization is currently a focus problem of expanding domestic demand.Based on this, this article studies the characteristics of changes of urban and rural circulation system since the reform and opening up, using the theory of the consumption function,analyzes the function of the balance of urban and rural circulation system to expand the rural residents’ consumption and to expand domestic demand based on the perspective of theoretical and empirical. And then establishes the evaluation system of coordinated development of urban and rural circulation,analyzes the path choice of balance urban and rural circulation system in our country, puts forward the policy suggestions for the balance urban and rural circulation and promoting the rural residents’ consumption.By presenting the related research results about consumer behavior, farmers consumer behavior, the relationship between the circulation and consumption in the domestic and foreign, in view of the purpose of this study, puts forword theory basis of the balance urban and rural circulation system to expand the farmers’ consumption. discusses the factors affecting our country peasant household consumption behavior of macro and micro factors and regional factors, And based on the theory of consumption function theory and flow theory,this paper builds model, empirically analyzes the influence factors on the impact of farmers’ consumption behavior in China. Through the analysis of the system, this paper thinks the constraints of rural resident’s consumption is the backward rural economic base,urban and rural duality structureand rural system innovation. And then puts forward a long-term mechanism suggestions to expand rural consumption demand,such as innovation of rural circulation supply model system, actively and steadily promoting urbanization, developing agriculture service industry, innovation of the rural financial system, speeding up the infrastructure construction of rural consumption.
