Research On Construction And Evaluation Of Green Quality Management System In Enterprise

The theory of total quality management considered the economic benefits of enterprise itself and maked little research on corporate social responsibility and environmental responsibility in contemporary. Hence, this theory has certain limitations. Therefore, how to integrate the green quality function to enterprise production and management activities,combine the green function and the original quality management function, promote the development of enterprise quality management is a hot topic in research of management of community now. This study referenced the newest concepts and results of quality management at home and abroad, discussed the influences of green quality management to internal and external benefits of enterprise by establishing the method of the index system of green quality management.Based on the perspective of quality management, this study discussed the mechanism construction, built process and practice effect of the system of green quality management. The specific work is as follows:(1) This paper discussed mechanism of the connotation, function, structure and composition of the green quality management, combined with the processes and procedures of green quality management, contrasted and analyzes the differences between the green quality management system, the total quality management system and the ISO environmental management system.(2) By using the method of "green quality function room", this paper completed the spread of the green quality function in the whole cycle of production management. And on the basis of total quality management theory, this paper used the method of QFD, group decision, process analysis and AHP to establish the green quality management system. The system set up the longitudinal throughout the enterprise organizational structure and laterals throughout the whole cycle of the quality management system framework in the system structures. Through the combination of horizontal and longitudinal, we achieved the goal of green quality management. This paper illustrated the definition, characteristics and the weight calculation method of green quality management system. According to the weight, we put forward the important goals and links of green quality management in enterprise that should be focuse on.(3) Take H enterprise for example, we established the green quality management system. In order to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the green quality management system in enterprise, we evaluated the system by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the result of evaluation, we put forward the corresponding advice to H enterprise on how to improve the green quality management level in the next step.In this paper, we start from the three aspects:enriched the connotation of the quality management, increased the enterprise quality management and promoted the construction of green quality management system. We try to supplement and extend existing research. At the same time the research also has important practical value to improving the level of enterprise quality management.
