The Evaluate Index System And Evaluate Model Research On Network Organization Of Firm Clusters' Sococail Performance

Network organization of firm clusters has been the research and concern object of international organization,many govementments and scholars for it's superexcellent behave over the world. They have widely discussed its inborn path, running mechanism, administering process, risk and efficiency, evolvement cycle, economic performance and so on. Otherwise, social performance has not been researched carefully, which has badly influenced harmonious and sustainable development of regional economy and society.Social performance means social value that network organization of firm clusters' behavior brings to region developmnet, which mainly include the influence to regional social development, social strutrue vicissitudes and social welfare improvement. Regional ocial development means that network organization of firm clusters promotes industrialization and urbanization of region; social strutrue vicissitudes means that network organization of firm clusters promotes industrial struture upgrading and occupational pattern vicissitudes; social welfare improvement means thar network organization of firm clusters promotes inhabitants' income increasing and division of income equalization. Hearby, we can design the theoretical model and index system, and builde a mathematic model by means of level analysis, which give defferent weight coefficient to every index.Though the empirical verified study with a case from less development region of Western China, we finded that network organization of firm clusters has got rather good social performance and made a great comtribution to regional society development. Social performance should be a important part of the comprehensive performance evaluating system of network organization of firm clusters. Therefore, it is necessary to bring socail performance to the system. Which may not only perfect the system but also deepen the cognition of network organization of firm clusters, and may scientificly guide govements' decision-making and network organization of firm clusters' behavior and then promote harmonious and sustainable development of regional economy and society.
