Research On Construction And Process Control Of Green Quality Management System In Enterprises

Green means that economy development is friendly to environment and health, and that the future is not worse than now. Since the idea of sustainable development was put forward, the increasing green consciousness has made economy development of the world go forward in a greener direction. The green economic trends will affect the management and the future development among enterprises. The quality management emerged in the latter of 20th century and has developed from quality inspection and statistic quality control to total quality management of three phases. However, quality management theories under the same premise believe that the natural resources can never be exhausted without concering environmental protection like most other economics and management theories. Facing the green requirements of sustainable development, the traditional total quality management has its own limits. So it is very important for the research on the quality management theory and practices from the green view of sustainable development and environmental protection.At present, it becomes an important topic of the whole society and enterprise how to merge the green issue into quality management and how to connect the effective resources utilization and ervironmental protection with quality benefit based on the traditional quality management theories and approaches. This dissertation focuses on the problem-solving and tries to apply the interrelated sustainable development theories into the research of quality management theory and constructs the green quality management ideas, green quality management system and green intergrated quality management. Finaly, this dissertation provides a scientific estimation on the green quality system effectively.First of all, this dissertation proposes the concept of green quality management, analyzes the characteristics of green quality management and their basic forming theories. It also presents the implementation rules and then has a contrast with total quality management and with environmental quality management.Secondly, in order to implement green quality management effectively, it is necessary to construct the green quality management system. Green quality management system is constructed based on total quality management concerning the both benefit of the economy and environment while applying the process approach principle of ISO9000. While implementing the green quality management system, it is important to pay attention on the quality cost measurement and life cycle analysis of green management.Thirdly, green intergrated quality management is an effective tool and means for the green quality management system. Based on the total quality intergrated management, the green intergrated quality management has a longitudinal management intergration merged by the green quality issue and a latitudinal logistics recycle intergration merged by green techniques and which are intergrated by quality information decision system and then effective management and control can be gained for green quality management system.Fourthly, effective implementation of green quality management can be evaluated by ANP. In order to have an effective evaluation, ANP is used to assessment the green quality management system based on the green quality index innovation and managing evaluation as a current method of enterprises. Lastly, in an enterprise as an example of this dissertation, green design, green production and green market are analyzed by green quality management theory and the future development strategies are provided based ANP.
