The ancient "Silk Road" opened a convenient channel of communication East and West, but also cultivate a continuous zone of the Eurasian Economic Cooperation. In September 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward to build the "Silk Road Economic Belt" strategic concept, hoping through the development of "five", namely, strengthening policy communications, roads Unicom, trade flow, the circulation of money, the people connected to the point, from the line to the piece, and gradually form a large cooperation from China, Central Asia, West Asia and Europe to the region. States reacted strongly to build a "Silk Road Economic Belt", it expressed its willingness to actively participate in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" construction. In the process of regional economic cooperation and development, the resource and economic factors from the "point" gathering, through the "line" like infrastructure formed the "Axis", were formed on the surrounding area radiation and driving. "Silk Road Economic Belt" is more typical point-axis mode of development, domestic Xi’an, Yinchuan, Urumqi and other cities infrastructure "points", railways, highways and other as "axis", the central node expanding urban development, become an important trade center, led to the formation of regional trade, accelerating regional economic development. These nodes cities for promoting regional trade and economic development growth pole. How to play the central role of urban growth poles is a key economic zone Silk Road Strategy effective implementation. Since the Silk Road Northwest Economic Zone of inland dry areas, cities are not sea, not inland cities along the river, give full play to the dry ports overland logistics platform to become one of the most effective ways to play urban growth pole effects. In this paper, northwest dry ports as a starting point, focusing on the interpretation of the Northwest land development and construction of the port of international trade on the Silk Road region. We will mainly focus on the following issues:development of dry ports for Northwest Silk Road regional trade impact mechanism; 2 Northwest dynamic development of dry ports relevance construction of international trade and the Silk Road region; the third land development and construction in Dry ports. Silk Road economic belt in the process of trade integration contributed efficiency; 4 strategic positioning of dry ports in Northwest Silk Road economic belt development. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, obtained results were as follows:(1) Northwest dry port construction and development of international trade on the Silk Road region Impact Mechanism. In theory, construction and development of dry ports in line with the "point-axis" mode, the dry port city formed a "point", the new Eurasian Continental Bridge as "axis", while relying on the central cities and the formation of economic zones, such as off-Tianshui Economic district, Hexi Corridor economic zone Tianshan Slope economic zone of regional spatial structure is formed "face" constitutes the Silk Road economic belt. Through the new Eurasian Continental Bridge this axis various economic zones in series "Silk Road Economic Belt", factor mobility improved, continue to gather resources with neighboring cities to the central node, the center of the city "point radiation" ultimately led "axis radiation" and, subsequently, to the entire axis of the "Silk Road" economic Belts. In dry ports as the starting point, the center of the city and foster economic growth pole in this area is the optimal development path of the current path along the bridge provinces choice.(2) Northwest dynamic development of dry ports relevance construction of international trade and the Silk Road regionSilk Road economic belt of dry ports have a significant positive impact on regional trade, elasticity coefficient of 0.0609, that is a dry port cargo increased by 1 million tons, stimulating local trade increased 6.09 million yuan. Other control variables elasticity coefficients were 0.1664,0.1743 and 0.1824. Government expenditure indicators positive effect is very significant, indicating that as a transportation infrastructure has the nature of public goods, to play the role of dry ports subject to greater impact of government spending.(3) development of dry ports in the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction on trade integrationEffect of dry ports of regional trade integration are positive, both at the time fixed, or fixed area, the regression results through the test of 1%, indicating that the construction and development of dry ports promote regional trade integration, but the value point of view, the impact of dry ports for regional trade integration is not high, low coefficient of elasticity, which fully reflects our territory northwest of dry ports construction is still in its infancy, the role of regional trade integration is more limited, there is still a Great potential for mining.(4) the construction and development of dry ports each northwest focusTo land in Dry ports as the starting point to play a central node is to enhance the role of urban growth poles of regional trade integration, one of the best path of economic integration, the planned path has become the consensus of the northwest provinces, therefore, in the northwest five provinces area "thirteen five" plan, without exception, will be the construction and development of dry ports as one of the key planning projects. In depth strategy to promote the Silk Road in the process, should pay full attention to the potential development of dry ports, dry ports will be incorporated into the planning and construction of public policy in the past. In this regard, this article from the top-level design, differentiated positioning dry ports, make recommendations to strengthen the construction of related facilities and dry port and harbor northwest linkage and so on.
