An Empirical Study of Relationship among Entrepreneurs, Constraining Factors and Entrepreneurial Performance on Taiwanese Micro-enterprisesHaving their own business is the dream of many people. For many entrepreneurs, there is one thing they should always bear in mind: for the coming days, what they will encounter is hardship and setbacks rather than success since the first day of starting their own business. In the macro-economic system, there always micro-enterprises can achieve excellent growth in a relatively shorter period of time than their competitors in the same industry. These companies were nameless and then become the successful and world-famous enterprises and demonstrated an amazing growth speed. However, most of small companies disappeared also in a very short period of time due to the said hardship and setbacks on the way of building their own business. What is the reason induced such difference? Before, many researchers studied from perspectives of economics, psychology, sociology, anthropology and management. They studied the causes of successful entrepreneurship and the causes of its failure to demonstrate and explain all kinds of elements that have influence on result of entrepreneurship. However, the research on entrepreneurship should be further studied to identify the behavior of entrepreneurship in more perspectives. Therefore, the research can improve the interpretation of researching on entrepreneurship and the demonstration regarding to behaviors of entrepreneurship. At the beginning, based on the related documentation, this paper has discussed the development of researches and application of theories regarding to entrepreneurship. The paper has analyzed and demonstrated that the behavior of entrepreneurship is a complicated and capricious process. The research on entrepreneurship has been developed from various directions, perspectives and characteristics. The research on entrepreneurship is no longer and simply a manner of economic discourse. It also demonstrates the fact and true colors of society as a whole. Moreover, it is an interpretation of culture and daily life. Secondly, this paper has discussed the tight situations that micro-enterprises and the entrepreneurs have encountered. This paper has once again analyzed the key elements related to causes of limitation and working pressure. The term, once again, means the discussion has included entrepreneurial performance, working pressure and causes of limitation, which have influenced on entrepreneurial performance and related issues. Finally, a brief summary reviewed and concluded the paper. This summary has also indicated and suggested the issues for further research. The main topic of this paper is studying the causes which have impact on the entrepreneurial performance based on the micro-entrepreneurs who invested in Taiwan and China. The focus is on studying the limitations of entrepreneurs, the resulted working pressure and the influence to entrepreneurial performance. It has reviewed the entrepreneurs’ experience and learning process from the perspective of the causes of limitation to identify whether any working pressure which creates interference, hinder and poor management. So that, The un-volunteering business management desolation, or even frustration, is resulted. The past management research of entrepreneurship has mostly implemented the argument and analysis through the traditional perspective of linear logic or quantitative research methods. Therefore, it is difficult to analyze the venture phenomenon thoroughly and obtain deep insights. Due to the application of logical positive thinking and unified research method, the research of management on entrepreneurship has been distant from real practice and lack of deep insights. Moreover, there will be inconsistent conclusion due to the negligence of influence resulted from situational contexts. As entrepreneurship is a process of movement and discontinuous change procedure, some scholars have suggested that tracking study through profiles shall be adopted. Recently, some scholars think that qualitative case study shall be applied to obtain complete and meaningful observation. To pursue conscientiousness of analysis result, the qualitative research method is applied to study the causes of limitation from entrepreneurs. Then, quantitative analysis is adopted to attest how the causes of limitation have influence on working pressure of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance. Finally, conclusion and suggestion of research is provided according to the quantitative and qualitative analysis. This research has found and contributed the following. First, the causes of limitation from entrepreneurs exist; somehow, the confinement effect from these causes of limitation varied with each individual. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship exists between the entrepreneurs in China and Taiwan, respectively. Moreover, the entrepreneurial performance of male entrepreneurs is better than which of female entrepreneurs. Third, adverse conditions of psychological and physical health will induce working pressure and reducing the causes of limitation helps maintain the psychological and physical health and mitigate working pressure. Fourth, well-maintained psychological and physical health improves the entrepreneurial performance effectively, which is also considered as reducing cause of limitation, and mitigate working pressure. Fifth, reducing cause of limitation mitigates working pressure and improves the entrepreneurial performance. Finally, when the working pressure is mitigated, the psychological and physical health will improve and the entrepreneurial performance will make the progress at the same time.
