The improvement of our agricultural products security has become the strategic targets of China’s agricultural development from the requirement of domestic agricultural development, in accordance with economic globalization, and implementing and utilizing two resources at home and abroad and two market’s "going out" development strategy totally. In order to disperse the risk for the market, reduce trade conflict and improve the strain capacity, China should develop the Asian market widely; improve agricultural trade cooperation with neighboring countries. By doing so, we could achieve two targets; first, we could create a developing environment for agriculture international cooperation with win-win, harmony and mutual assistance purposes. Second, we could adjust agricultural products trade strategy in accordance with environment to get regional market open benefits and benefits built on trade, acquiring resources for economic development through complementary advantages.Silk Road Economic Belt strategy is an unsolicited strategic conception from our country for promoting regional economic cooperation, "Silk Road Economic Belt" is an economic corridor with the most developing potential ability, worldwide strategic growth pole, which touches active East Asia Pacific Economic Circle from the east, connecting developed European economic circle from the west, covering more than thirty countries and benefiting 3 billions of people. China and the country along the Silk Road Economic Belt have agricultural resource, geographical, policy advantage for Bilateral trade development purpose.(abbreviation, the country along the Silk Road, the same below) through the right way for bilateral agricultural trade, expanding the scale of bilateral agricultural trade. To fully realize the complementarities and find mutual benefit of agricultural products trade, we must create condition for China and the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt to achieve above points as the "Silk Road Economic Belt "development strategy suggests. These choices have far-reaching strategic significance for three aspects as shown below:to realize China’s agricultural products export market diversification strategy, to improve China’s food security and the degree of protecting resource products, and to meet people diverse demand for better agricultural products.This thesis research on growth potential and path of agricultural products trade between China and the country along the Silk Road under the strategic concept of "Silk Road Economic Belt", in accordance with the theory of international trade and regional economic cooperation. This thesis’main constructions are as follows:(1) The current agricultural products trade growth conditions of China and the country along Silk Road, this chapter mainly focuses on discussing the scale of China and the country along Silk Road, structure characteristics, trading status, trade balance, trade terms, etc.(2) After analyzing the agricultural trade scale increase potentiality between China and the country along Silk Road, the chapter would measure the insufficient and surplus agricultural situation of the country along Economic Belt, through Trade Gravity mode.(3) After analyzing the agricultural trade structure optimization potentiality between China and the country along Silk Road, this chapter expounds the possibility of bilateral trade structure optimization through the potential optimization measurement of trade market structure, product structure and the trade mode.(4) The agricultural trade growth prospects between China and the country along Silk Road discussed in the chapter is mainly about Bilateral trade of agricultural products affected by trade protection, the change of internal trade condition, the changeable policy of the country along Silk Road and the reason of bilateral trade’s Fluctuation.(5) The growth path selection of of Agriculture Products Trade Between China and Countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt(6) China and the economic belt along the national agricultural trade growth safeguard measures, in order to ensure bilateral agricultural products trade growth path to reach the expected goal, put forward safeguard measures necessary to accelerate growth in bilateral trade in agricultural products(7) This study’s the total conclusion and the future researching prospects.We can draw such conclusions below after analyzing the above:(1) The agricultural trade scale between China and the country along Silk Road fluctuates in growth year by year, the concentration ratio of Import and export market, products’structure is higher, China changes from surplus to deficit in bilateral trade, the bilateral trade complementary strong, competition is not fierce, has the advantages of the political conditions of trade growth conditions, bilateral agricultural products trade growth potential is bigger in the future.(2) We should position the market, shifting the strategy layout of the focal markets to our neighbor countries, for the reason that Import and export trade are insufficient between China and the country along Silk Road.(3) The potential optimization of bilateral trade product structure is larger than import, for the reason that the strong export-dependent products are larger than import between China and the country along Silk Road. The most bilateral-trade types of agricultural product belongs to complementarily stabilized among Inter-Industry Trade.(4) The change of trade protection and internal trade condition have suppressing effects on agricultural trade between China and the country along Silk Road, but preferential trade arrangement has promoting effect. Import and export trade reaches higher matching degree for the reason that the surplus of China’s agricultural product export against the country along Silk Road comes from structural effect.(5) This thesis summarizes that China should strengthen agricultural trade cooperation between five central Asian countries, Russia, Ukraine, India, Turkey, Iran and Pakistan, and be in accordance with summary from chapter above, natural resource endowment, trade complementarities, trade relation, market requirement, national concern, geographical advantages; strengthening economy and trade focal cooperation of Aquatic products, Cereals, textile fiber, fruits and vegetables, milk and eggs between China and the country along Silk Road.
