Strategic Research On Xinjiang Agricultural Products Import Trade Under The Background Of Silk Road Economic Belt

As China's land hub connecting East and West,Xinjiang has always been the linkage between China's inland,countries of central Asia and Europe,with tremendous strategic position.Laying in as China's westward “bridgehead”,Xinjiang has played also the key role in transferring recourse the East-West based on its geographic advantages.Being more of a internationalized region with affluent agriculture recourse,Xinjiang has turned its previous agriculture trade mode from domestically using only to the exploiting both domestic and overseas.Recently,agriculture import margin has been dramatically increased in China,making China the largest importing economy of agriculture in the world.Given China's biggest population,soaring rigid consuming demand,large consuming margin and restrained land resource,all these pressures would maintain the growing trend of import margin in the foreseeable future.Under such overall circumstance,how to utilize Xinjiang advantageous agriculture recourse to ensure the national requirement,how to achieve its sustainability of regional agriculture recourse allocation,how to build itself a strategic channel based its own geographic advantages and how to develop the importing agriculture have all become the imperative concerns of Xinjiang region.The first chapter of this thesis is introduction,including the researching background and significance and the review of domestic and abroad studying literature as well as the researching ideas.The second chapter has analyzed the current status,characters and tendency of Xinjiang importing trade of agriculture products,with the results that Xinjiang importing trade of agriculture has undergone the fluctuation period and then moved stably increasing momentum.However,the status of disparity over trade policies,excessively concentrated in agriculture import sources and areas and inconvenient for the custom clearance has negatively effected the development of agriculture products import of Xinjiang on the one hand,and released the less strategic layout and long term developing perspective on the other.However,the promotion of Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative will conduct Xinjiang with strategic level in building the strategy of agriculture products import.The third chapter of this thesis therefore has analyzed the requirement and significance of building the import trade strategy of Xinjiang agriculture products under the background of Silk Road Economic Belt.In the fourth chapter,the paper has forwarded the strategic targets,principles,institution and content of import trade of Xinjiang agriculture products,in which the target has been settled into overall objectives and subdivision goals;strategic principles has contained fields like import,process and export;and the strategic mechanism and content are input under specific policies.In the last chapter,this paper has promoted the related countermeasures of building the strategy of Xinjiang agriculture products import trade with levels of both nation and local autonomous government.
