High-tech industry in our country obtained rapid development in recent years, the account of high-tech industry enterprises was 27939 in 2014, compared with 2005 increased by 59%, the income of high-tech industry was 12736.7 billion yuan in 2014, compared with 2005 increased by 275%, the profit of high-tech industry was 809.5 billion yuan in 2014, compared with 2005 increased by 469%.Although the rapid development of high-tech industry is becoming more and more important in the national economy status, and high-tech industry is in a leading or surpassing the developed countries, especially in quantum communication, manned spaceflight. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, such as the cost of the research and development of high-tech industry investment is relatively low, the lack of talents in high-tech industry and industrial technology insufficient accumulation, but the lack of effective finance supply of high-tech industry is the important reason for the relatively backward development of the high-tech industry.At present, China has a profound understanding of the problem of efficient finance supply in economy development process. November 2015, State leader put forward the reform of the structure of the supply front economic policy. Domestic economic reform ideas shift from demand to supply. Because finance plays an important role in the allocation of resources to the development of the national economy, so finance supply front reform become the core of the supply front reform. In view of the high-tech industry plays an important role, the high-tech industry of finance supply front reform is a very important reform direction.In the process of China’s economic development, reform and development has been a mutual promotion, mutual cooperation relationship. In the high-tech industry development and finance supply front reform, development of high-tech industry create the conditions in order to deepen the finance supply front reform, finance supply front reform has laid a good foundation for high-tech industry development, both are mutual promotion and coordinated development. The author introduces coupling theory in this article, the subsystem of high-tech industry development and finance supply front reform in the market economy produce interaction, mutual influence phenomenon and motion process of dynamic evolution by their respective coupling elements is defined as the coupling of the high-tech industry development and finance supply front reform. In this article, the author analyzes the finance demand and supply of high-tech industry, supply and demand equilibrium mechanism, through the establishment of high-tech industry development and finance supply front reform coupling model. This supply and demand equilibrium mechanism is formed by the coupling mechanism of high-tech industry development and finance supply front reform system. The author also explains how the finance supply front reform support the development of high-tech industry, in order to achieve equilibrium of finance supply and demand, promote the sustainable development of high-tech industry.
