The Study On Measuring Area Of Body Surface Of Neiguan Point Based On Specificity Of Acupoint Effects

Object ive:In this thesis, the author adopts upright exercise bikes and the ultrasonic cardiogram to do the experiment. Based on acupoint specificity that Neiguan can improve the heart function, the author tries to define the surface area of Neiguan through the contrast of the experiment involved groups. The design also aims to explore the methods of testing the surface area of Neiguan.Method:First, eighty volunteers are chosen based on exclusion and inclusion criteria before they are divided into ten groups by software SPSS16.0:A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I (A to I, namely Experiment Group or the Acupuncture Group) and the group for contrast (namely BLANK). Each group has eight subjects. Subjects in Group A will be acupunctured at Neiguan (the acupoint is two cun from the wrist striation), the subjects in Group B, C, D, E will be acupunctured at the point5mm from Neiguan and the subjects in Group F, G, H, I will be acupunctured at the point10mm from Neiguan. Before the experiment, all the subjects in the ten groups will be tested through ultrasonic cardiogram for the parameters:HR, ER%, CO,SV. Then the test for the above parameters will be conducted again after the subjects have exercise on upright biker for5minutes. Next, the subjects in Experiment Group will be acupunctured at the previously marked acupoints. The acupoints will be sterilized with alcohol, followed by the insertion of0.30×40mmm disposable needles with the uniform reinforcing-reducing method. Then the needles will be twirled±180°, at the frequency of60times/min. The treatment will last for three minutes, followed by another test on the subjects of Experiment Group for the above parameters. Last, the author conducts one-way analysis of variance.Results:Through analysis, the author finds the Experimental Group and BLANK show no big differences in the parameters before the exercise and acupuncture treatment After the three-minute acupuncture treatment, G, F also have no big gap with BLANK, while A, B,C, D, E, H, I have obvious gap with BLANK; B, C, D, E have no obvious gap with A.Conelusions:Based on the analysis, B, C, D, E should be included into the range of Neiguan while F, G, H, I should be excluded from the range. That is to say, the range of Neiguan is between5mm and10mm.
