Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis Spleen Permit

According to clinical practice, it is proposed that spleen-vacuity with damp-heat is a common pattern type of helicobacter pylon associated gastiitis (HPACi). By analysis of its pathogeny and pathology, the authors propose that the basic pathological mechanism of this type is spleen-stomach vacuity, damp-heat brewing internally and abnormal up-bearing and down-bearing of Qi. To treat spleen-vacuity with damp-heat type of IWAG, we take emanating Qi with acrid drugs and descending Qi with bitter drugs as general principle of treatment. Use Banxiaxiexin Decoction which originated in Treatise on Cold-attack to normalize up-bearing and down-bearing of Qi with both bitter and acrid drugs, to harmonize Yin and Yang with both cold and hot drugs, to regulate vacuity and repletion with both supplementation and draining. Using Banxiaxiexin granule to treat spleen-vacuity with damp-heat type of HPAG for 30 cases, the total effective ratio reached %.67%, and the elimination ratio of Helicobacter Pylon (HP) is 83.83%. In respects of total effective ratio, of the elimination ratio of HP, of recovering the pathological change of gastric mucosa, the treatment group which use Banxiaxiexin decoction is identical with the contrastive group which use western medicine triplex, but in respect of improving the main symptoms include stomach duct pain, eructation, bitterness and sliminess in the mouth and lack of strength, the treatment group is distinctly better then the contrastive group. The experimental research shows that Banxiaxiexin Decoction not only has exoteric inhibition to HP, but also has good treatment effect on chronic gastritis of rats with HP contaminated. It can reduce the inflammation of the gastric mucosa, promote the renewal of the atrophic gland and control the contamination of HP. It can also improve the hormone secretion of the gastrointestinal tract, accelerate the secretion of the gastric acid, promote the anti-oxidation and the free radical elimination function of the body, protect the gastric mucosa. Through correcting the Thl and Th2 floatation, it can also regulate the immunity of the body. Decomposition research of Banxiaxiexin Decoction shows that the total formula of Banxiaxiexin Decoction is more effective than single acrid emanating formula or single bitter descending formula or the composition of the acrid emanating and bitter descending formula.
