Spleen Blood And Water Treatment Of Ascites Due To Cirrhosis Of The Theory And Clinical Research

We probe the treatment with syndrome differentiation and clinic experience of liver cirrhosis ascetic fluid from theoretical exploration and clinical observation.In theory ,the paper put forward key pathogenesis and main treatment of liver cirrhosis ascetic fluid through studying ancient literatures and modern medical research findings .We thought the blood stasis of liver and deficiency syndrome of spleen are two main pathology factors of liver cirrhosis ascetic fluid .According to the pathomechanism,the therapeutic principle is resolving blood stasis and invigorating spleen to eliminate water-dampness.In clinic,we observed 30 liver cirrhosis ascetic fluid patients with decoction for resolving blood stasis and enriching speen-qi to eliminate water-dampness ,and using uragogue as control .The outcome showed two groups had not remarkable difference in improving liver function and recovering the shape of liver and spleen ,but the prescription can improve symptom ,enhance patient quality of life, and it almost has not side-effect.The result showed that resolve blood stasis to eliminate water-dampness has practical value for liver cirrhosis ascetic fluid.
