Objective Ginseng, Panax Ginseng. C.A.Mey, is the root of Araliacaeplant that is a kind of herbaceous plant, which is the main invigorating Qi herb. It has the function of invigorating primordail-qi, reinforcing the spleen and the lung, promoting the production of body fluid, and tranquilization. Panax Quinquefolium is also the root of Araliacae plant that is herbaceous plant. It has the function of invigorating Qi and nourishing yin, clearing away fire and promoting the production of body fluid. Astragalus membranaceus is the dry root of Astragalus membaanaceus (Fisch) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge) Hsoao or membranaceus (Fisch) Bge. That is leguminous herbaceous plant. The drug is sweet on flavor, warm in property, innoxious, acting on the spleen and lung channels. It has many effects, such as: invigorating qi and promoting the circulation of qi; strengthening muscle and bone. The objective of our Study is to investigate and compared the Effects and mechanisms of TSPG, TSP, AMI on of in anemic mice. Methods By using experimental hematology techniques including:culture of hematopietic progenitor cells in vitro, flow Cytometry, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of cytokines , immunohistochemistry, RT—PCR , real-time RT- PCR and Western Blot etc. With anemic mice model resulted from myelosuppression by complexes methods, Effects and mechanisms of extracts from tonifying qi herbs first studied systematically on cell, protein and gene levels. Results Our results indicate that within the range of certain...
