Experimental Study Of Shentongzhuyu Tang And Its Compatibility On Rats With Adjuvant Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is one of serious chronic diseases which threat public healthy in the world,the mechanism of outbreak is complicated.Shentongzhuyu tang had a good effect to treat RA (Arthromyodynia).This reseach carry on a deep study on anti-inflammation,immunity and treatment mechanism to RA of Shentongzhuyu tang.By the decomposition and compatibility study, explored the meaning of yiqi method and qingrelishi method in Shentongzhuyu tang.Objective:study the mechanism of Shentongzhuyu tang treat RA and the meaning of compatibility.Methods:1.Select mouse as investigation object,with hot plate method and stretching method,make the estimate index of analgesia effect through pain threshold value of mouse,and observe the analgesia effect of Infusion of Shentongzhuyu tang.2.take adjuvant induced arthritis rat as experiment model,treat with Shentongzhuyu tang,each decomposition and TriPterygium Glycosides in different groups.Observe the swelling of arthritis,press-risisting index, thymus,spleen index,pathology changein arthritis,and the express of CK, TNF-a,IL-1,PGE₂,explore the anti-inflammation,immunity and partial treatment mechanism to RA of Shentongzhuyu tang and it's decomposition.Results:(1)Shentongzhuyu tang has increase the perss-resisting index.(2) Shentongzhuyu tang has obviously effect of anti -inflammation,inhibition swelling of arthritis.(3)Shentongzhuyu tang can retain the excessive decimrter of TNF-a,IL-1,PGE₂,so as to give play to anti-inflammation.Shentongzhuyu tang can improve the immunity function of RBC,so as to give play to immunity adjust.Shentongzhuyu tang increases obviously TXB₂ concentration in AA rats'blood,and decreases obviously 6-Keto-PGF_1aconcentrateon.Indicate that Shentongzhuyu tang can remove blood stasis,activate blood flow,improve and resume tiny-circulation,increase body nutrition,lighten system trauma,so that play anti-rheumatoid arthritis function Shentongzhuyu tang can also lighten the synovial inflammation and hyperplasia of lesion joints distinctly,and prevent the joint cartilage and bone from destruction.(4)In this aspect of anti -inflammation,the added cangbai group is better than the basic group; in this aspect of the perss-resisting index,the added huangqi group is better; in this aspect of activating blood flow,the basic group is better.Conclusions:Shentongzhuyu tang has the effect of anti -inflam-mation and immunity adjust,they are related with inhibite espression of inflammation CK and improve the immunity functionof RBC. Shentongzhuyu tang control the inflammation of synocial,and prevent the distort' of bone and cartilage.Qinrelishi method has good effect at anti-inflammation,and yiqi method has good effect at immunity adjust;the basic group can obviously incline to balance of TXA₂and PGI₂ to activate blood circulation.They have good compatibility effect in whole prescribe.
