| ObjectiveTCM has its own features and tinterior laws in drug using in the treatment of each kind of disease with Materia Medica. However ,the doctors before Qing dynasty concentrated their research mainly on the analysis of prescription's principle and the meaning of compatibility in one recipe, and paid little attention to the generalization of recipe used in treating the same disease and syndrome in large scale and big specimen. Modern doctors'study on the law of the drug group is limited to the link of the twin drugs or the difference of the similar recipes, or analysis the Compatibility meaning of one recipe from experiment. By now ,few embark from the disease and symptom to make the study of analyzing the ancient ane present series prescriptions which used curing some kind of disease. So,it is very hard for us to reveal the compatibility law of using drugs and grouping recipes in treating some kinds of diseases.In this item, We've made a generalization review on the ancient and present series recipe, which is used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis with TCM,exploring the kernel drug used in the treatment,analyzing the compatibility law between each drugs and expecting to raise the level of theory of TCM's Materia medica and prescription as well as medical practice.Data and Method1 data sourceGuided under the kernel medical periodical and some books about Rheumatoid Arthritis according to the theory of TCM for 20 years,collected the recorded 340 prescriptions curing Rheumatoid Arthritis.2 data soringAccording to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China republished in 2000 to normalize the herbs ,and to specify the herbs according to the"Chinese materia medica".3 statistic meansSet up tree-structure-editing-computer-statistic-process, and enter the name ,original and the component of the prescription. This shows that the usage of the drugs used in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis is a system with antirheumatic,tonic,drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,drugs for relieving exterior syndrome being the center. This embodied in all the drugs used in Rheumatoid Arthritis, and there is great law in it. So we can say that the compatibility law reflected by the high frequency drug group represents the compatibility law of drugs in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis. The high frequency drug group represents the key drugs in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
