The Experiment Study On Preventing Peptic Ulcer(Stomachpain) And Mechanism Of Xinglian Pill

This task takes the Chinese prescription "Xianglian pill" as research object.In this task,common used and accepted animal ulcer model(such as pylorus ligation type,acetic acid painting type,stress type,drug-induced type)were used to do potency research of ulcer-preventive function of Xianglian pill,methods of molecular biophysics,radio-immunity and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to research mechanism of its action.The experimental results showed that Xianglian pill can significantly reduce ulcer area,ulcer level and ulcer index,decrease gastric juice,reduce gastric acidity and activity of pepsase,decrease gastrin,inhibit H⁺-K⁺-ATP enzyme,increase NO content,improve production and discharge of prostaglandin E₂.This results showed that Xianglian pill had significant function of preventing peptic ulcer.All the results had played good foundation of clinical indications,enriching content of Chinese prescription science,improvement of dosage forms and secondary development of Xianglian pill.
