| Su Wen Ji Zhu is an annotation book of Su Wen, Which was written by Zhang Zhicong and his stable-mates in Qing dynasty. This book is useful for our study on Su Wen,but it has not been paid enough attention to by generations. In older to reveal it's scholastic value, seven items were studied, such as author's life story, how many works written by Zhang Zhicong, the editions of Su Wen Ji Zhu, the methods and content of annotation, scholastic attainments, the influence to the descendents etc. It is inferred: Zhang Zhicong was born in 1610, and died circa 1674. Despite of the Ming dynasty's death, he still looked himself as an Ming people. He had many works in his life, and Su Wen Ji Zhu is one of his major work. The main editions of this work are Kang Xi editions. Compared Su Wen Ji Zhu with Su Wen's editions printed, it is regarded that the original edition used by Zhang Zhicong is Gu Congde's edition, and probably is the one reprinted in Jia Jing. And, according to the study, Zhang's work rarely changes the original text, this can be seen as the work's virtue. The content of annotation includes words, phrases, terms, etc. The academic attainments of his annotation are his methods and his main scholarly treatise and scholarly attitude, which influenced the descendents more.Su Wen Ji Zhu influenced the descendents in large degree. Abroad,Mr. Danbo, a Japanese scholar quoted many annotations in his work Su Wen Zhi. Inland, the scholarships afterwards quoted even more. Gujin Tushu Jicheng received this work. Gao Shizong, Chen Xiuyuan, Zhong Xueluo etc. all set a high value on this work and give it too much emphasis. As a word, this work is very important for us to learn and study Su Wen. Zhang Zhicong and his stable-mates'contribution can't be ignored. In sum, we can get some valuable experiences from this work. Certainly, errors can't be avoided in it, but one flaw cannot obscure the splendor of the jade. |
