Laser induced fluorescence technology has optical testing of sensitiveness height, selectivity easy to inspect up out limit low grade merit , be that sensitiveness is at present maximal method. Laser inducedfluorescence technology theory the main body of a book has been introduced mainly , the main body of a book have set forth laser guiding the self fluorescence spectrum to be diagnose new method , have the keen fleetness , simple and convenient develop the tumour getting up in recent years , there have been no merit such as wound and innocuous side effect, laser application in guiding the self fluorescence that living things organizes and the medicine fluorescence spectrum technology to diagnose in the tumour, have assumed pertinent comparison and have discussed that to this both, have discussed pair of human body serum self fluorescence diagnosing hepatitis possibility simulating an experiment.A all-solid-Ti:AlO3 laser is introduced in the paper,the wavelength of 370nm is gained. We use it as the excitated resource to get the auto-fluorescence of stomach cancers.
