Epilepsy is a paroxysmal event due to abnormal excessive hyper synchronous discharges from an aggregate of central nervous system (CNS) neurons, located in the neuron region and abnormal spike region, has abnormal expression-movement, sense, consciousness and etc. The main characteristic that distinguishes the different categories of seizures is whether the seizure activity is primarily generalized seizures or parietal seizures. Imbalance of the seven emotions, congenital deficiency, trauma, improper diet, prolonged illness, Zangfu function deficiency, disorder of Qi, internal wind stirring, and phlegm is the root cause.Nitric Oxide (NO) is effect on generated by the second-order reactions toxicology gas. Recently, most neuroscience researchers are observation for nitric oxide and neurologic disorders. According to research papers epileptic seizure was increased to nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and over measure NO and NOS has confusion to cell signaling, NO has multiplicity of physiologic and path physiologic effects. Our research aims effect of the level of Nitric oxide, Nitric oxide syntheses in Brain and liver tissues and analysis EEG data in epileptic rats by electro acupuncture therapy.Throughout this work, induced epileptic seizure rat brain and liver tissue's content of NO and NOS was increased, after electro acupuncture therapy resemble that the normal state. In the EEG data analysis by using both linear and nonlinear analysis, our analysis indicates that change that both before and after electro acupuncture therapy. Our research results show that electro acupuncture treatment by epileptic seizures scientific mechanisms and support to clinical research.
