Background:"Qi" is an ancient concept of Chinese philosophy, and it is also an important part of "qi" theory in traditional Chinese medical system. "Qi" as the main topic in "HuangDi Internal classic". "HuangDi Internal classic" is in the succession of researching result of "qi" theory in philosophy system. Though analyzing "qi" applied to the evolution of natural objects, the relationship between man and nature, and the complex physiological and pathological phenomena of human body, the authors of "HuangDi Internal classic" established "qi" theory system in the Chinese Medicine, "Qi" theory system becomes a solid theoretical basis for treatment programs. As one of treatment programs, the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation transfer "qi" to achieve the purpose of treating disease. In the "HuangDi Internal classic", a large number of accounts of the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation play an important role in the development of the acupuncture theory and clinical practiceResearch purposes:Through existing research, this study analyzes and inducts the "qi" theory, especially the "qi" theory in the "HuangDi Internal classic" Research-ing theory of "qi" how to apply to acupuncture to guide the acupuncture manipulation and the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation works on the human body of the regulating "qi"Research Methods:Research Methods include Collecting Large documents, mainly to collect "HuangDi internal classic" notes related to "qi" and the latest result of researching papers. Using special researching methods of literature (including literature survey, historical research, medicine and other academic research methods) to summarize the relationship between the "qi" and acupunctureThe results:1. Putting result of the philosophy researching of "qi" in to Chinese medicine.2. Systematizing documents of the "qi" in the "HuangDi Internal classic" on, the "qi" in the "HuangDi Internal classic" is divided into three levels:natural "qi", "qi" of the five elements, the "qi" of the human body, and the "qi" were discussed between physiological and pathological changes.3. the standard of "shi" and "xu" is decided by the pulse diagnosis.4. In accordance with the different "qi" applied to operation and the different effects of acupuncture manipulation are divided into five ways of acupuncture manipulation. And in accordance with the "qi" around of papers, it redefine the concept of five ways of acupuncture manipulation and content, organize the documents of operation on acupuncture manipulation from "HuangDi Internal classic"Conclusion:In this study, "qi" and "the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation" is the main objects. This report analyzes the "qi" study on philosophy at the pre-Qin, summarizes awareness of the "qi" from predecessors; summarizes "qi" theory from "HuangDi Internal classic". For "qi" in the human body, it summarizes "qi" theory from "HuangDi Internal classic", and also put the introduction of "qi" in modern research in to article. That explains the different understanding of "qi" from ancient and modern people, and also can explain the reason of different understanding with the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation. Ancient and modern knowledge to reach a consensus on the "qi" is that:the "qi" is as the basic material for physical body, and supplies the nutritional material to organs and body other parts; as a function of "qi", the gas of internal organs is do movement for ever, such as down and up, in and out. Under the effects of gasification, the "qi" transfer nutritional material to all parts of the whole body. This paper analyzes and summarizes in various sections of the articles from "HuangDi Internal classic" and summarizes five ways of the reinforcing-reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation. They are "yingsui","huxi","xuji"," fangyue" and the basis of " ticha" reinforcing-reducing technique. This important innovation is the concept of "qi" for the five new concept of reinforcing-reducing technique. The environment impacts on the concept of reinforcing-reducing of acupuncture manipulation. General principle of the reinforcing and reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation is waiting for the "qi".This "qi" includes:the climate of four seasons, "qi" of moon, circulation of Wei Qi at 12 meridians, "qi" which can lead people to be ill. The "qi" coming is confirmed as the effect of the reinforcing and reducing technique of acupuncture manipulation...
