After the analysis to the living Chinese tale songs in Gansu and Qinghai since the 20th century, the author resented that it has necessity and rationality to establish the concept of the tale song in literature and art. In this paper, it also takes on the text types and narrative text characteristics of the tales songs, aimed to come out the characteristics of intertextuality, and further sums up various types of plot types and themes embodied in the aesthetic characteristics and personality. In addition to introduction and conclusion text, the main part has a total of seven chapters.Introduction: A clear concept of the tale songs expressed and defined. Combing the academic study history of the tale song to explain the meaning, methods and ideas, and sources of information of this thesis research, the first part is a brief explanation to theoretical terms involved in the paper.Chapter I: After combing the tale study history of the tale song, style and the evolution of songs based on the genre point of view, the paper manages to make clear the similarities and differences among of the tale song and narrative poetry, rap, folk and other folk literature.Chapter II: Analysis of the tale song text type. According the survival of song writing form, the text is divided into records-text and processing-text. Processing text is kind of a general text in a large number of finishing tale text and composed songs, thus distinct the text formed in different times and in different contexts on the angle of science of editorship.Chapter III: Analysis to the text feature. This chapter sums up the narrative features songs on the view of the narrator, the narrator to intervene, focus, frequency, and so the characteristics of formula from, word formula, program formula, context formula and applying the principles of tale song; intertextuality characteristics, the audience, singer, different text and narrative traditions.Chapter IV: Analysis of tale features songs performance. This chapter found out the tale song can be regarded as one exchanged event, a result of interaction by performance rights, performance characteristics, no matter how good the text is, it also is one of such events reflection but it is certainly not true. The singers own behavior is a secret right recognized by the audience. The right can be transferred too in specific contexts. Tale song is a kind of performance, a certain degree of ritual behavior process expressed by the singers reflected in the specific context.Chapter V: The types of the plot. Through the interpretation of songs, from the plot of the narrative model of a large number of tales, this chapter summarizes the historical saga songs, love songs and marriage tale, the life tale song.Chapter VI: the types of theme. Through thematic concepts interpretation and a lot of tales theme song analysis, this chapter summarized in five common themes, which are travel filial type, scolded a matchmaker type, family reunion type, Acacia type, sadistic-type narrative and illustrates these themes'meaning and cultural connotations.Chapter VII: Induction of aesthetic characteristics. This chapter reflected the content and form of the aesthetic factor, summed up the tale songs free agile oral narrative, the narrative structure of binary opposition, the tragedy of the spirit in them and witty sense and humor comic aesthetic features.Conclusion: The brief introduction of the whole paper. The last part describes the various elements of research work and to obtain theoretical results and also pointed out the deficiency of this paper.
