China's Western Region Development Of Cultural Industries

With economic globalization and regional integration, the development of cultural industry is becoming an important component of regional competition and national competitiveness in the background of knowledge economy. Using Cultural industries development to foster the regional and the country's soft power and enhance regional and Country's overall competitiveness has become an effective way to enhance their competitiveness in many countries and regions. China has entered the twelfth Five-Year period of development. The international financial crisis is driving the transformation of the China's economy. China's cultural industry will also face new opportunities. The background requires integrated Western region to promote structural transformation of the cultural industry, adjust and optimize the culture of the western region development strategy, and comprehensively promote the western region to a new level of cultural industries. However, although China is a big country of culture but its cultural industries is small, the degree of cultural industries development has a large gap compared with developed countries. We have a smaller number of success viable cultural enterprises, cultural industries lagged behind the overall level, the development of cultural industry in western region is in a backward position. Therefore, the research of promoting the development of cultural industry in western region has important academic and practical value.Based on the system specifications analysis of cultural industries, this paper did empirical analysis of the status operation, systems and policies related to the western cultural industry, with a comprehensive and profound study of the cultural industries economic phenomenon, in order to draw scientific conclusions and guide the formation of practice. From the present situation of industrial development in Western culture, this paper used SWOT analysis to explore the western cultural industry's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, did an in-depth analysis of key cultural industries development in Western culture, based on the summary of successful experiences of foreign countries, put forward Western Cultural Industry Development Strategy.Overall, this paper aims to explore the major theoretical and practical issues of cultural industries development in our country. Through combing the process and chosen of the path of cultural industrial development, we explore the internal mechanisms and the formation laws of the cultural development and provide the corresponding solution and theoretical framework to deepen the cultural industries development in western region.
