A Study On The Innovation Development Strategy Of Culture Industry In Guangxi Under The Cooperation Framework Of China-ASEAN

The culture industry plays an important role in regional economic and social development. China-ASEAN cooperation framework and its achievement provide a good opportunity for the development of culture industry in Guangxi. Due to the special geographical location, under the china-ASEAN cooperation framework, a positive role should be played for the development of culture industry in Guangxi in terms of constructing national geopolitical, safeguarding national security and the southwest frontier stability, as well as serving ASEAN stategy.Based on the research purpose, this thesis comprehensively studies the historical development of China-ASEAN relationshipï¼›thoroughly analyses the china-ASEAN cooperation framework and inner requirements for the development of culture industry in Guangxi; and overall grasps the area background, developing effectiveness and existing problems of Guangxi culture industry development. The affinity of cultural background, complementarity of economic structure, diversity of political system and homogeneity of social development provide favorable environment for Guangxi culture industry development. The culture industry in Guangxi achieved obvious effects on its overall scale, inner structure, characteristic brand, exhibition platform and the "go out policy" strategy. Moreover, the China-ASEAN cooperation frameworks promoted the development innovation of culture industry in Guangxi, obtained the platform effect, drawing effect, boost effect and theory effect, and overall displayed the development innovation framework of culture industry in Guangxi. For the sake of better development of Guangxi culture industry, we should attach importance to the potential influence on the future development of China-ASEAN relationship by those factors including power balance strategies, external forces, South China Sea disputes, Common identity recognization, economic and political interaction etc. Therefore, based on the theory of scenes and realistic conditions, for the development of Guangxi culture industry, it should implement reversing strategy, make full use of advantages, and effectively overcome disadvantages. In addition, with the construction of common values as the core, it needs to create favorable environment, set up culture platform for the China-ASEAN cooperation and communication, and to construct the cultural power of China-ASEAN deepen cooperation.According to development strategies and realistic problems of Guangxi culture industry, the development of culture industry in Guangxi needs to cultivate China-ASEAN common values as the mission, to construct China-ASEAN common identity as the goal, to promote the non-profit development as the orientation, and to build the China-ASEAN culture park as the carrier. In the countermeasures, strengthening leadership, changing development concept, creating action plans, advancing development platform, setting pilot park as well as launching base construction, should be carried out in order to promote the development of culture industry in Guangxi and better serve the demands of China-ASEAN deepen cooperation.
