Research On Chinese Education Innovation Und Er The Background Of China Asean Cooperation

The 17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out, cultural soft power is an important part of comprehensive national strength. The eighteen proposed: "to promote the construction of socialist culture and power"; "to promote public diplomacy and cultural exchanges, promote Chinese culture to the world". Indicating that the party and the country will enhance the cultural soft power refers to the important strategic position.Overseas Chinese language education is an important way to enhance the soft power of culture.The majority of overseas Chinese is a unique strategic power of China on abroad, through the overseas Chinese education of Chinese language and culture education for Chinese children, inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture. ASEAN is the overseas Chinese the most concentrated area. Guangxi and ASEAN countries as Chinese "bridgehead".More and more closely with ASEAN countries economic and cultural exchanges, Guangxi for the ASEAN countries to carry out the education of overseas Chinese in the new opportunities and challenges, the problems become more and more obvious.In this paper, the author combined the actual work,Went to the field to Laos, Kampuchea and other ASEAN countries to investigate,get the first hand information and feelings.Based on the collection of literature, the concept, characteristics of the overseas Chinese education and cultural soft power, the meaning relation is analyzed, present situation of Chinese education in Laos, Kampuchea, Malaysia and other ASEAN countries, ASEAN and Guangxi Kai Zhanhai Chinese education contents, existing problems of the review, summary and analysis, from the perspective of cultural soft power, to Guangxi in the Chinese and ASEAN cooperation background, and put forward some ideas and suggestions to carry out the work of overseas Chinese Education.
