In the field of traditional ceremony culture research,"San Li","Wu Li" are two very important concepts, the former refers to the ritual theory, that is the study of Confucian classics mainly about "Zhou Li","Yi Li" and "Li Ji"; the latter refers to the ritual institution, that is "Ji Li","Jia Li","Bin Li","Jun Li","Xiong Li", which is the main subject of the history of ritual institution. This paper puts particular emphasis on the history of ritual institution, tries to have a look at the transmutation of Pre-Qin ceremony culture in medieval by trestoring the Jiao Miao Li of Jin, Tang dynasty and investigation of the ritualist system changes. Being different to the former researchers, this paper puts forward three new categories, it is respectively:Yizhu Xue, Gushi Xue and ritualist system.Yizhu Xue refers to the theoretic build, compiling of translations and all the details of the actual about ritual institution in medieval. The category in this paper contains Yange Li with the form of ceremony details parallelism, Gushi Xue and ritualist system. Gushi Xue mines and inteprates the conception of "Gushi" which was ignored by the scholars before but takes part in the background of Yizhu Xue of Jin, Tang dynasty. Divided into "Li Yi" and "Li Shu",In the traditional ritual framework, ceremony in medieval shows something different with the Pre-Qin ceremony culture on the level of "Li Yi" because of Gushi Xue. Ritualist refer to the learned group who make up the rules, join in discussion, salute by fact and are closely related to the Pre-Qin Confucian for their knowledge and concern. As a part of the bureaucracy, ritualists'different function of different dynasties, and the different styles of the ritualist system construction mode, come to the other key but ceremony theory ability that Impacts the formulation of notes and implementation. In a word, ritualists are different with the traditional ritual experts. This paper is divided into four parts, namely introduction, study about Jiao Miao Li of Jin, Tang dynasty, study about Yizhu Xue in medieval on the background of Gushi Xue and the medieval ritualist system constitution and changes. The introduction of the first quarter makes further discussion about the subject of Li Shu and Li Yi based on Chen Shuguo's view. Either "Li yi Yi qi" or "Yi comes from Shu", the generation and transformation between Shu and Yi relate to ritual ceremony how to become ritual ceremony, that is how the "ritual ceremony" to obtain its "legitimacy" status in the social, political and cultural system. The ritual music system differentiation perspective to explore the culture in different times of evolution will undoubtedly have very important significance. Unfortunately, the contemporary etiquette history researchors on this idea seems inadequate attention degree. On the background of the ritual music system differentiation, this paper studies the medieval ceremony's generation and mechanism of evolution. Taking this as the premise, the introduction mainly introduce the concept of the basic connotation, Yizhu Xue, Gushi Xue and ritualist system, and put stress on the pre-Qin ritual origin. In this paper, Yizhu is defined as the literature carrierer of ceremony system, Yizhu Xue is knowledge and technology of medieval ritualists reflected in notes making, Implementation, spreading, also include the understanding of the knowledge of the later generations. Yizhu Xue in this paper refers to ceremony theory and system. Gushi as the word in a common vocabulary, its meaning has been ignored by the institutional history and history of ideas researchers. This study will show that the Gushi in Middle Ages is a great inclusive concept. It can be used for reference events, provisions in the field of etiquette. Both appeared in the daily behavior standards and is often associated with Political system. As knowledge, Gushi Xue is cultivation of any scholar to get involved in the preparation of laws and institutions of the Middle Ages. Ritualists is a bureaucratic group concerning notes construction, discussion and salution of ceremony as the main functions. Put the group to a series of transfer ceremony of the Confucian rheological lineages in observation, there are a lot of valuable discovery. Before research on the ritualists is mostly on several more clear "Li Guan", such as Da Li Wu Shi,Tai Chang Bo Shi. There is no Clear ceremony officer system theory, deficient with the relationship between different kind of ceremony officer and the changes between their status. This work pays attention to the Tai Xue Bo Shi and Guo Zi Bo Shi generally regarded as Xue Guan, officers comes from Xian Si,which are less noted by former researchers. Finally it further summarized the core type Li Guan sequence and non core type Li Guan sequence. In the second chapter of this paper mainly examines the Jiao Miao Li of Jin, Tang dynasty, lays out all the details of the Jiao Miao Li of Jin, Tang dynasty. It mainly discusses the theory's up and down between Zheng Xuan and Wang Su in the Jin,Tang dynasty, as well as the former generation Gushi. For example, there were twice reform between Wei and Taishi. The first, the ceremony in Taishi cancelled the worship to Wu Jing Di, while the second megred the twice worship on Winter solstice with Nan Jiao and Bei Jiao. However, most scholars in the analysis of the system of the worship of heaven in the suburbs in early Jin often do not distinguish between the two reform, but generally thought that two time are adopted the doctrine of Wang Su. This paper analyses the two reforms, insist that even superficially adopted Wang Su's theory, but there are still the participation of Zheng Xuan's view. In a simple review of the Jin Dynasty and the South Dynasty since several suburban sacrificial major theoretical movements behind the academic background, in this paper, this process will be described as wrestling among Wang Su, Zheng Xuan and Gushi composed by the former generation of ritual practice constitute, and inclined to deem the changes of this period as theories deduction and dynamics between Zheng Xuan and Wang Su in around some former generation story is essentially the same premise, in some Gushi around the former generation basically unchanged. And then followed by comparison of several ideas of ritualists in Dong Jin, inspects the train of temple design thought of He Xun,Diao Xie, Hua Heng, Wen Qiao, Xun Song and Kong Yan.The third chapter launched medieval instrument note studies with Gushi as the background. This chapter introduces the basic concepts of Gushi Xue and medieval ritual with larger space, on this basis, it expoundes knowledge constitution of Yizhu Xue in Middle Ages. The chapter systematically concludes with Wu Li Yi Zhu compiled in Qi and Liang dynasties, mainly involved in compilation process, the deeds of the characters involved, System of Xue Shi in Li Ju, as well as the meaning of ceremony system construction for Qi and Liang dynasties and even later. The fourth chapter investigates the formation and development of ritualists system in Jin and Liu Song in the form of setting out every official. This paper emphasizes the ceremony officer for the system, is not a simple combination of the officer. The so-called systemic mainly manifested in official status changes and sub sequent influence to the formulation of the ceremony. The investigation of Xi Jin ritualists system main concerns complementary aspects of Tai Chang Qing and the extraordinary non-core officer, also partly involved Ci Bu, Fa Guan, and Xue Guan. In Emperor An, Fan Tai became Fa Guan from Bo Shi, then hold the post of Tai Chang, finally as Xue Guan in Song dynasty. His across experience of Xue Guan, Fa Guan and LI Guan shows that the judge in the ritual system is really just the propriety of the combination of the order of the period, also is the performance of shifts the focus of ritual system.
