Ci-Qu Art, splendid exotic flowers in literature history of China ancient times, has gone through the heavy and complicated development course. This Art, which could be chanted, be read, be sung, not only represents one by one. Top peaks in China ancient times, but also obtains all culture intension of China ancient times even today. During thousands years, from the period before Qin Dynasty to modem times, the art centered by Ci Music like a huge mighty current had been running fast on the fertile field of the Chinese Nation. The noumenon of the Ci is music . Ci is an art completely restricted and succeeded by art, no matter its content form or the extension structure all suffering the giving of music. From ((the Book of Songs )) is joined in marriage 憇 YA Music, I-lang Wei Yue Eu is joined in marriage抯 Yan Music, to Ci is joined in marriage抯 Yan Music, it involved the development of music from beginning to end. Like bright pearl and bright-colored gemstone glittering, Ci was run through 揳n golden silk梞usic. Today, In this paper, firstly we throw to music, the noumenon of Ci and Gong Tone theory, when we begin to analyze this associated mode of art. There are five chapters in this paper in total. In the first chapter, it is introduced simply briefly the study present condition and research meaning of Ci-Qu Art, it all go on the direct inquisition by the different visual angle to the proposition in the other four chapters. Through the phenomenon that the 換ing.. Ping~ Ce?these three tones producing before Yan-yue -one kind of Ci-qu music, judge these three melodies are the melody system before the Gong- Melody produced and infer the relationship between the Ce-melody and 揅hu- melody in Yue-Fu and other melodies. In the third chapter, based one the wording of habit of 揅i-Qu?started in Sui and Tang Dynasty and flourished in Song Dynasty. ? it start to recite briefly how strong the culture to improve the origin and development of Ci-Qu Art. A new theory born according to the Abstract foreign Su Zhi Po so-called theory shaken the China music and brought the revolution on the music reason thought for the Sui Dynasty. This revolution, the reference on the concept rather than the 搕aking doctrine said by Lu Xun, has promoted development and change of the melody theory of China literature and music in near thousand years. The twelve melodies in music~ Lue . Xuan as Gong and Eighty-four melodies attribute to the new theory had constructed the environment of literature and music sublimation , but also caused big chaos in the theory. I emphasized on the questions: 搕he relationship among Qing-yue Ya-Yue and Yan-Yue .the Qing-Jiao抯 bewilderment from Gong melody?and 搕he inquisition from four Jun and seven Sheng? In the fourth chapter is also divided into six sections. In the first section, in allution to no documents about 揋ong~ Shang Jiao Yue?put down in 揻our Jun seven Sheng? it questioned the fixed position of Hui-sheng and I-Iui-yin of twenty-eight Gong melody in theory and confirm not only the mistake in the theory since Song Dynasty, but also exiting Hui-diao in the fact, making use of modem music theory analyzing the change among three music scale constructed by nine melody implied in five Chinese traditional five music scales.
