Research On The All-Round Development Of People In The Network Public Sphere

The network public sphere refers to the public sphere that exists mainly in the Internet which between the state and civil society.According to that definition,many fields in network society do not belong to the scope of network public sphere,such as national institutions,government departments and others.On the other hand,private fields,such as families and economic organizations do not belong to this category as well.In the concept of network public sphere,the rising of network society and the evolution of the concept of public sphere play a key role.The network public sphere mainly includes the network public space,the subject and the network topic contents.Compared with the entity public sphere and other network fields outside the network public sphere,the network public sphere embodies the characteristics of openness and diversity.According to historical materialism,Marx's theory of the comprehensive development of human beings starts from "real people" and explores the needs,practices,social relations and free personality of human beings in specific historical situations,which also stipulates human nature,development and development direction.Based on Marx's theory of human's all-round development,this paper explores human's development situation,characteristics,problems and prospects in the network public sphere.In the network public sphere,the living situation,the way of practices,the social relations and the social consciousness brought by the practice have changed greatly.This paper would argue that the all-round development of human also highlights its own characteristics which are the important features of universal communication,public development and integration of the real.Then,lack of ration,one-sided development and fragmentation are the predicament of the development in the network public sphere.The technology factor is an important cause of the problem,on the other hand,people on the internet are also "real man",which includethe real demand,practice,social relations and the concept of personality in the historical context,so the social contexts such as the political and social issues are also an important source which make the network public sphere in trouble.Finally,in order to promote the all-round development of people in the network public sphere,we should start from the actual material level,social,cultural and other actual conditions,and work together with the public power,economic organizations and family individuals to build a well-ordered network public sphere to promote the all-round development of people.To be specific,first of all,we should develop productivity,improve material level and provide stable and prosperous cyberspace.Secondly,it is necessary to cultivate the citizen network literacy that attaches equal importance to both technology and humanity,so as to achieve the man-machine harmony and interpersonal harmony in the network public sphere.the public authorities should provide an effective strategic,legal and policy environment,and enterprises and individuals should play an active role in maintaining the public space.
