In modern times, as the strong extension of scientific reason in the humanities, the traditional metaphysics suffered an unprecedented impact. In the late 20th century, from the conception so-called Post-Metaphysics-Era appeared, the suspicion about the legitimation of the traditional metaphysics deepened. However, in a historical view, this paper finds that there are 3 types of metaphysics, i.e., Cosmos-Ontology, Category-Ontology and Value-Ontology. It's Cosmos-Ontology that bases on speculative fabrication that is incompatible with the scientific reason. In some sense, Category-Ontology has turned into science. As to Value-Ontology, it has suffered various criticisms from Positivism, Analytical Philosophy, Nietzsche, Existentialism and Post-structuralism, but all these criticism ultimately only changed its style of existence. So we can draw a conclusion that, in the Post-Metaphysics-Era, as far as Value-Ontology is concerned, metaphysics has not ended, and it will never end.The Moral Metaphysics of Mou-zongsan can be observed as an attempt to reconstruct the Value-Ontology in the Post-Metaphysics-Era. With "Very Knowledge" (Liang Z/n) as the core concept, it absorbs related wisdom from the Taoism and Buddhism as well as the western Understanding-Spirit. Its ultimate end-result and inherent soul is the philosophy of Lu-xiangshan and Wang-yangming, its outer-appearance is a whole process during whichVery Knowledge appears, works and returns. Meanwhile, Kant's philosophy provides it with the basic problem horizon and thinking stage. The structure of this paper is as following: (1) Very Knowledge and Thing-In-Itself; (2) Very Knowledge and Phenomenon (Appearance); (3) Very Knowledge and Supreme Good. This paper compares Kant's philosophy and Mou's, reconstructs the Moral Metaphysics of Mou-zongsan, logically reappears his construction of Value-Ontology with Very Knowledge as its core concept, points out Mou's transition of Kant's philosophy, exposes Mou's philosophy's inner contradiction and its misunderstanding of Kant's philosophy, and tries to explain the significance and limits of Mou's Metaphysics in the Post-Metaphysics-Era.
