Mr. Mou Tsung-san was taken over the mantle of Mr. Xiong Shili. He has absorbed the essence of traditional Chinese Culture well and made a good digest on Chinese and western philosophy. That is how he could theorize the system of moral metaphysics rigorously and enormously. His philosophy is not only the heart of what his own thinking, more importantly, it also make the main contributions to the modernization of the Confucianism. In this paper, there are some studies of the Unholding Ontology, which is one part of the moral metaphysics. For the source of this concept, the traditional Chinese ontology concept and the Supreme good theory triggered by all have been noted. I would like to have a further comprehend for this concept after studying the philosophy theorized by Mr. Mou, the representative of the Neo-Confucianism.There are three parts of this paper. The first section will describe the moral metaphysics, the most characteristics parts of Mr. Mou's system, which is the basis of Unholding Ontology. The study for this part will foreshadow the appearance of Unholding Ontology. The second parts emphasize on the Unholding Ontology, which is announced by the instinct of intellectual. The unique system of Unholding Ontology theorized by Mr. Mou was based on the deep analyses with Chinese philosophy of Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and Western philosophy, especially the Kant's philosophy. It is the key point of this article. Then the third part is for the concept of Supreme Good, followed by Unholding Ontology. Supreme Good is the showing for Unholding Ontology on moral metaphysically. It is some thing about Telford, the question of consistency. Kant's concept of Telford has some defect about this question. It cannot be conclude the consistency from Kant's theory. The realization of the Supreme Good should be depended on the Chinese Philosophy, the Supreme Good of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. In the conclusion part, I have sorted Mr. Mou's theory of Unholding Ontology. We'd better have a comprehensive look at his advantages and disadvantages. Even though Mr. Mou's philosophy still have some problems about the non-fully realized of intuitive knowledge, we could not deny the positive and realistic significance of his theory for the chinese modern philosophy.
