Causality, is a kind of common phenomenon in the real life, and is a pair of basic categories in Philosophy. So, the position of Sentences that states causality is quite special, and its function is more important. Causality Sentences is the representative type of the Sentences that states causality. For this reason, this dissertation specially studies the Causality Sentences in modern Chinese. The Causality Sentences that this thesis studies is a type of Sentences that it consists of two or several sentences and states causality.The basic theory of this study is the "Hypothesis of the pivotal status of clauses", and the basic approach is the "Two triangles".
