Women in ancient China are gifted in many aspects. In addition to literary creation, these women have contributed much to literary criticism. In other words, the women's abilities to perceive, think theoretically and to criticize have attained a higher level. But the Chinese academic tradition has ignored the absence of 'the literary criticism of women's in ancient China' since the new Cultural Movement. As a result, women's abilities in other Fields were fully forgotten, and 'a history of literary criticism in China' can only be called 'a history of literary criticism ofmen's'.However, is a history of literary criticism in China with the absence of female critical subject really ' a history of literary criticism in China' in a full sense? There would not be a complete construction of human culture without any participation of female thought and any operation of female perspective. Therefore, this present dissertation attempts to dig out the lost world, explore the features and values of literary criticism of women's in China and the reasons for its being ignored. The specific methods are value-phenomenology and systematic clarification of history and culture. There is no doubt that this is a project that will fill in the gaps in the field of literary criticism. In the epoch of globalization today, the proposal for the local issues must conform with the examination of the 'other's ' with this as a basis, and the literary criticism of women's in ancient China may be a revelation to others.Secondly, a choice of major issues or an employment of value-phenomenology will bring about a de-obstruction or a discovery of new materials, a newinterpretation of old materials and a unity of present theoretical frameworks. And therefore, it is natural to deconstruct the prescribed conclusion and offer the creative point of view. For example, Guo Shaoyu's point of view that' Ci-lun' is the first essay written by a woman in China is negated in this present dissertation because of a discovery of Bao-Zhu-Zhi-Shu of the Ban Jieyu's in the west Chinese Han Dynasty. Xie Daoyun's 'Yong Xue Lian Ju' of the Dong Jin Dynasty considered as poetry now is presented with new interpretations and enters in to a field of 'literary criticism of women's in ancient China' Madame Xu Mu's 'Nu-Zi-Shan-Huai (women are sentimental) and Zuo Fen's theory of ' Yuan Bi Shu Qing' (writing emotions with a pen) are both rediscovered and reinterpreted. All these are beneficial enough to make revisions of current definitions of linear relationships between ' Yan-Zhi (saying of feelings) and ' Yuan-Qing' (relating to feelings)in the history of literary criticism. They also judge the identity of the initiator of 'Yan-Zhi' doctorine. Strikingly, this dissertation is beyond the literary criticism of women's in ancient China' itself. To discover the women's abilities to perceive, think theoretically and criticize is the first step, for it's a superficial attempt to redefine them in the history of whole literary criticism of China. What's more important we should pay attention to the following issues: whether the literary criticism of theirs has influenced the literary history of ours, what the influence is like, what roles such a criticism has performed in a male-centered cultural tradition, and what functions such an influence plays in the modernized transformation of the discourses for ancient literary criticism. What we do will further the research .Based on this, the dissertation defines the ultimate purpose of integrating dual-modes of thinking and constructing human culture. This article narrates the literary criticism of women's in ancient China and divides it into three phases with a standard of self-sufficiency of theoretical forms-initial phase, development phase and culmination phase. Literary criticism of women's, with 'Nu-Zi-Shan-Huai' (women are sentimental) discourse and 'Cheng- Wen-Zhi-SP discourse of pre-Qin Dynasty's as a beginning. Chapter 2 demonstrates the literary criticism from Wei to Jin Dynasties, whichcovers the first relevant essay of Jin Dy...
