The dissertation studies and analysis the labor capital institution in the Shanxi draft bank, applying the human capital theory. In this paper's opinion, the labor force shares regulation in the Shanxi draft bank has possessed the basic nature of human capital; The management system of the Shanxi draft bank is just the one founded on basis of labor force shares, in which the management pattern of "less investment, more profit, high efficienf"and mass structure were developped. The pattern and structure created the Shanxi draft bank's great achievement for they adapted to complicated and various financial market well, but also resulted in declination of Shanxi draft bank owing to the historical limitations.The dissertation, which is composed of 12 parts in all, contains preface, 1st chapter to 10 chatper and conclusion.Preface elaborates the issue of the Shanxi businessman and the Shanxi draft bank, the origin, development and present situation of the research on draft bank, as well as the theory foundation, the train of thought and frame, the value and originality of the research in this dissertation. In Chapter one, the establishment of Shanxi draft bank and the formation of its mass structure are issued; In Chapter two, the enrichment and development of the Shanxi draft bank and labor force shares system are issued. By analyzing technology composition in labor force shares and the stimulating mechanism,that the labor force shares system in Shanxi draft bank has entirely possessed the basic nature of human capital is issued. In Chapter three and four, the labor force share and HR management, together with it and management are studied respectively to indicate that labor force shares system in Shanxi draft bank is not only a allocation system,but also a kind of management system through all aspects and the whole process; In Chaper five, thefeatures of management system based on labor force shares and the formation of the "less investment, more profit, high efficient" management pattern are issued; In Chapter six to eight, the detailed process, through which the "less investment, more profit, high efficient" management pattern and mass structure propel Shanxi draft bank to get away with adversity from downcast to prosperity, is issued. In Chapter nine,the historical process of the Shanxi draft bank declination caused by the restrictions of the management system based on labor force shares is issued; In Chapter ten,the historical position of Shanxi draft bank and its enlightment are issued, and it is regarded that in 1820s' , the establishment of Shanxi draft bank not only create a new era during which remittance and settlement take place of delivering cash, but also set up a perpetual monument in financial developing history. The success and declination of Shanxi draft bank leave our descendants many enlightments worthy of being memorized. In conclusion, the basic view and realistic significance are generalized.
