Aesthetic Situation And Beauty

This essay adopts the view of anthropology of art and its study strategy; takes as rule the historical priority which is the unity of history and logic; sets on the basis of the realistic aesthetic relation from the eyes of people with different nationalities; begins with the formational mechanism of aesthetic perception to study the issue of aesthetic perception.There are three questions that are urgent to be resolved in the investigation of aesthetic perception. First, does the hypothesis hold water that there is the university of aesthetic perception in the different periods and different cultural regions? Secondly, is the aesthetic subject and object dualistic-opposition relationship? If not, what is the relation between them? Thirdly, how should the cultural attributes and the aesthetic attributes of artistic work or artistic activity be considered in the concrete aesthetic activity? The thesis tries to take the aesthetic situation as the situation of the effect and the system of relation in which the aesthetic activity happens and develops, sketch the chart of cultural perception of the subject, analyze the form of the expression of the intention of the aesthetic perception, describe the method of meeting and the model of emotional reaction between the aesthetic subject and object in the different situation, and organize the multiplied maxim of the aesthetic reading and judgment. Through comparing the aesthetic facts of different cultural region, the thesis tries to analyze the way in which the aesthetic subjects are related to the aesthetic objects of different cultural region in the aesthetic situation, sketch the multidimensional relation between the aesthetic perception and the culture, the aesthetic perception and the human, the aesthetic perception and the aesthetic situation, and synthesize the complicity of the aesthetic perception, in order to make the aesthetic perception unite the formation of theory and the aesthetic practice.There are four chapters in all in this thesis.
