Study On Issues Of Modern Transformation Of Chinese Traditional Artisans

With the issues of changes of technical subjects among the human resources in Jiangnan's industry—traditional artisans' modem transformation (including traditional artisans' technical transformation and role change) in Ming and Qing Dynasties (1520 AD-1920 AD) as the main research object, this dissertation gives a dynamic exploration on the change of technical forms of traditional artisans (technical transformation from experience-oriented technology to science-oriented technology) and the role change (from traditional artisans to modem technical workers, engineers) and their related problems in Jiangnan mainly from the perspective of history, science and technology, geography and human resources development and also studies on its social and economic history with concrete evidence, displays the inherent impetus and basic clue of social and economic development in Jiangnan since Ming and Qing Dynasties, explores the characteristics of several essential factors such as development and allocation of human resources, generation and composition of science and technology, construction and structure of production system and interaction of these factors in the early period of industrialization in Jiangnan, and try to draw the outline of the approach and mode of scientificalization of technology under the background of Chinese culture with the aim at fundamentally mastering the basic connotation and the law of change of China's modernization.This dissertation focuses on technological transformation and role change to explore the impetus, channe, apperance and developing rule of traditional artisan's modern transformation in Jiangnan, and exposes the reaction-mode of techonology-scientificalization and science-technologization under Chinese cultural background. I can not be sure that this study has got the destination, just put forward the questions, combed the basic materials, groped the study-clue and constructed the structure. This dissertation has such a conclusion that development of early industrialization and the early period of modem industrialization in Jiangnan region,infactually, is social-historical course that consists of the fundament of industrial development (early industrialization and the early period of modem industrialization) ,lead of industrial science-technology progress (industrial technology-education and scientifical study) ,and essence of human resource development (technological transformation and role change of traditional artisan) .This artery of historical evolution displays that Early industrialization and the early period of modem industrialization is the core of Jiangnan regional development in MingQing Dynasties. Traditional artisan's modem transformation is fundamental impetus of Jiangnan regional development in MingQing Dynasties. Development of Industrial human resource is essence of traditional artisan's modem transformation.
