Research On Zhoushan Culture Resource Industrialization Development

Zhoushan Islands is the only island in China, which possesses many culture resources(CR). Its deep culture background is the necessary condition for culture resource industrialization(CRI), however CR development could not only depend on these necessary conditions, but also need to improve its comparative advantages on the premise of observing market law. Only in this way, it could convert these necessary conditions to sufficient conditions. Thus under the background of big-bridge economy coming and great development of culture industry in 12th Five years planning, write from current status of six CR involving fish, salt, Buddhism, tourism, festival and other category, with all-round and multilevel, reveals status of various CR development. And it mentions existed problems from aspects of policy system of CRI, software and hardware of development &comprehensive competitive capability, development & protection, resources integration and branding & characterizing. Finally, it advises measures correspondingly, meanwhile positively provide certain suggestion from respects of culture management and policy system supervision.On research methods, industry economics philosophy is used from the beginning to the end of the dissertation. In preliminary remarks and main text, document researching method & induction method and statistics analysis method are used respectively.CRI development of Zhoushan Islands is in the environment, which has strength, weakness, opportunity and threat coexisted. In accordance with form of resource utilization and the urge demand of recent development, CRI still need to remain SO strategy, so necessary efforts of CRI should be included such as taking reformation innovation and forming supervision from policy system, improving fundamental software & hardware of CRI, factor power construction, development & protection problem resolving, CR integration for making cluster advantage, deeply taking characteristic-oriented road.
